Fabulous time in this gem of hotel ☺️
Pros:

Fabulous location in beautiful Biarritz. 2 minutes walk to beach. Bars , cafés and shopping also 2 minutes. First impressions are key and on arrival we were greeted by Terrie the owner of the hotel…he was so friendly and helpful . Gave us great recommendations for things to do.

Cons:

Nothing… everything is good.

Excellent en tout points
Pros:

L'accueil chaleureux et les conseils, un échange convivial et enrichissant sur le pays basque.
La propreté, le confort du couchage. Une chambre petite mais bien conçue et agréable sans hésiter nous reviendrons. Un emplacement parfait pour se promener dans Biarritz.
Le petit déj local est excellent.

Cons:

Rien à redire pour nos attentes lors de ce passage à Biarritz.

Great boutique hotel in heart of Biarritz
Pros:

Lovely boutique accommodation in an excellent location. We loved our stay in Biarritz, the hotel exceeded expectations. Hotel was very clean and room had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help with all our requests and queries.

Zeer meegaand en behulpzaam.
Pros:

Ik heb er maar één nacht geslapen terwijl mijn vrouw in het ziekenhuis lag. De volgende dag zijn we naar huis gereden. We hebben alle medewerking van het hotel gekregen. Mijn vrouw mocht zelfs gebruik maken van een badkamer op de begane grond in een kamer die gewisseld werd.

Cons:

We hadden de kleinste kamer (geboekt) bleek achteraf. Voor 4 nachten was die eigenlijk te klein maar nu was dat geen probleem.
