Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. L’accueil a été vraiment parfait : le monsieur qui nous a reçus était extrêmement serviable, très gentil et toujours prêt à aider. Cela a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Le petit-déjeuner était également très bon et varié . Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement.

Stunning location run by friendly staff
Pros:

Stephanie was exceptionally friendly and helpful and ensured our stay was great, right down to on street parking advice. The location is breathtaking, 1 minute walk from the beach. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We left our charger and the maid took it to reception who promptly called us to collect it.

Cons:

Hard to get parked but it was the start of the school holidays and it's in a PRIME location and we did manage to get parked

A little gem in Biarritz
Pros:

Wonderful welcome 🤗.
Lovely clean, quiet, freshly decorated room.
The hotel is a 2 minute walk from a great swimming beach. There are plenty of shops and restaurants around.
We didn't have breakfast but the breakfast room looked nice. We will definitely be visiting again.

Pros:

Accueil était parfait.. on nous a même offert une chambre plus grande. L'emplacement est idéal. Tout était parfait. J'y retournerai certainement.

personne très agréable et un bon emplacement

Cons:

la "suite" située au RDC juste à côté de la réception n'est pas correctement isolée. Entre la salle d'eau/wc, une ancienne porte de service nous sépare, on a l'impression d'être dans le hall d'entrée, pareil pour la chambre, un rideau devant la porte pour essayer de canaliser les bruits de la réception ou des clients qui viennent au petit déjeuner.
La salle du petit déjeuner n'a aucune fenêtre. Franchement à plus de 200€ la nuit c'est abusé.

Very homely and comfortable.
Pros:

Breakfast was good with variety of cereal yogurt fruit juices ham and cheese platter. As I'm coeliac they provided glutenfree toasted bread. Hotel was very quiet and comfortable.

Facility to enjoy a drink or food in the evening.
