Pros:

Posizione centrale a Biarritz, perfetta per muoversi e visitare la città. La receptionist è stata molto gentile e disponibile, dandoci ottimi consigli su cosa vedere e dove mangiare.
La camera era molto piccola, ma aveva tutto ciò che si può chiedere: accogliente, pulita e con un letto comodo. Ideale per soggiorni brevi, soprattutto se si passa la maggior parte del tempo fuori a esplorare.
Il parcheggio in zona è generalmente a pagamento ovunque, essendo una località di villeggiatura frequentata anche da famiglie benestanti francesi, ma con un po’ di organizzazione si riescono comunque a trovare soluzioni comode.
Struttura consigliata per la posizione, la pulizia e la cortesia dello staff.

Personnel adorable, super bien placé.... Mais le parking manque et le stationnement est hors de prix ... Dommage....

Cons:

Vraiment tout était bien, sauf peut être un peu de bruit dans le couloir les portes étant très proches les unes des autres..... Mais vraiment rien de catastrophique.

La vitre totalement transparente de la douche qui donne sur la chambre.... Ça peut être gênant.

Tout très bien, nous reviendrons.
Pros:

tout était bien la chambre, l'emplacement et le déjeuner était délicieux et varié. Le personnel très accueillant et à l'écoute. Seul petit bémol manque de parking pour stationner.

Fabulous, cozy, perfect hotel in the heart of Biarritz. Thierry and Stephanie were perhaps the best hosts EVER!
They handled every detail lovingly and completely. Could not ask for any better hosts.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, à deux pas de l'océan.
L'accueil à notre arrivée par Thierry a été super, il a pris le temps de nous expliquer les endroits à visiter sur une carte. Petit-déjeuner très copieux et préparé avec soin.
Douche très grande.

Cons:

Manque de rangement dans la chambre et salle de bain, surtout si on passe plusieurs nuits à l'hôtel
Pas de porte à la salle de bain dû au fait qu'elle soit très étroite
