Pros:

Często podróżujemy z rodziną i odwiedzamy różne hotele w Polsce, ale Novotel Centrum Łódź zrobił na nas ogromne wrażenie. Już na progu zostaliśmy mile powitani – córki na dzień dobry otrzymały urocze maskotki z żółwiem, malowanki oraz kredki. To przepiękny gest, za który bardzo dziękujemy!
Kolejną fantastyczną niespodzianką była obiadokolacja. Zamiast klasycznego bufetu czy narzuconego menu, mogliśmy wybrać przepyszne, dwudaniowe posiłki bezpośrednio z karty.
Pokój na 10. piętrze okazał się wygodny i czysty. Łazienka była w pełni wyposażona, a obecność deski oraz żelazka w pokoju była ogromnym udogodnieniem. Z całą pewnością jeszcze tu wrócimy!

Pros:

A nice and clean hotel. Location was very good as many attractions are within walking distance. Very good breakfast selection. Drinking fountain was available in the corridor, unfortunately no sparkling water was available, just still water.

Cons:

Bathroom door in my room was wester bar style swinging door which was very loud and impractical. Bathroom itself was specious and well laid out.

Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und kompetentes Personal. Alles sauber und funktionstüchtig. Frühstück war reichhaltig und gut. Angenehme und gut erreichbare Garage.

Ve všech ostatních ohledech je to však velmi příjemný hotel pro krátkodobé přenocování během cest. Check-in proběhl rychle, stejně tak check-out, snídaně byla dobrá.

Celkově jsem byl spokojený, jen tyto drobné detaily by podle mého názoru zasloužily větší pozornost.

Cons:

V pokoji chyběla lžíce na boty a balená voda. O pantoflích, županech a dalších drobnostech, které host obvykle očekává ve čtyřhvězdičkovém hotelu, ani nemluvím.
