Achei o hotel com as instalações antigas, o banheiro tinha forro de PVC, alguns pontos com massa bem mau passada e antiga, dando a sensação de falta de zelo e coisa antiga mesmo, falta uma reforma. Os travesseiros são bem ruins, toalhas ásperas, tinha dois aquecedores, um deles com defeito, quarto 306 fica perto do elevador, logo às 6 h começa o movimento de pessoas e o barulho do elevador atrapalha o sono, incomodando mesmo.

Embora eu tenha permanecido apenas uma noite, fui muito bem recepcionado. De modo geral, as acomodações atenderam plenamente às minhas expectativas e proporcionaram uma ótima estadia.

Pros:

Vi muitas avaliações negativas a respeito do hotel, principalmente no Google. E sinceramente não concordo com nenhuma delas. O atendimento na recepção (dos 4 funcionários que nos atenderam no período que estivemos lá), foi impecável. O quarto é muito bom no quesito tamanho, conforto e limpeza. O chuveiro parece uma cachoeira rs. E o café da manhã então nem se fale! O hotel ainda conta com uma piscina enorme aquecida e coberta e com hidromassagem na área comum. Sobre a localização, não é tão perto do centro mas da sim para ir a pé e sim a localização é muito boa. E com certeza me hospedaria novamente.

Cons:

A única sugestão seria para que pelo menos tivesse uma TV smart, pois a TV é a única coisa que não condiz com o padrão do hotel.
