Une nuit en dépannage
Pros:

Belle situation à env. 15 min. à pied de la gare de Carcassonne.
Personnel accueillant et disponible.
Nous n'avons pas pris de petit déjeuner, donc pas de commentaire à ce sujet.

Cons:

Hôtel qui présentait une certaine vétusté, il mériterait une bonne rénovation (décoration, mobilier, sanitaires, ...).
Quoiqu'il en soit, il était propre et bien entretenu.

La ubicacion es perfecta,a 15 minutos de la cite y menos de 10 minutos del canal du midi.La habitacion bien,si tienes suerte y te toca una con el baño reformado como nos toco a nosotros.El tamaño he de decir que era bastante amplio con dos camas dobles y una individual
No tiene armarios pero si una barra para colgar ropa y un banco donde poder dejar las maletas.Con lo cual para un par de noches te puedes arreglar.
.El personal....el chico de la tarde mas agradable que el de la mañana,que tuvo un trato correcto y cordial en todo momento.
Esta cerca de la plaza para poder comer y desayunar y aparcar según la hora a la que llegues es fácil y gratuito lo cual es un punto bastante a favor.

Cons:

El estado del edificio en si esta como abandonado,no da buena sensacion.En la entrada una ventana con el cristal sin cristal y no se molestan en taparlo ni siquiera.
No tiene ascensor y algun poste de la barandilla esta roto.Las ventanas no aislan bien el ruido exterior.
Las paredes de la habitacion son bastante finas y se escucha a las otras habitaciones.
La television no funciona,aunque no la usamos mucjo porque apenas estuvimos en el hotel.
Aunque la ubicacion sea para mi bastante buena y con el punto a favor del aparcamiento si volviera elegiria otro alojamiento.

Emplacement très bien

Cons:

Équipements dégradés, la serrure qui ne ferme pas le volet roulant qui ne s'ouvre pas la bonde du lavabo HS plus de savon ni serviette. Tarif pas cher mais prestation insuffisante

Recommended. Very comfortable room.
Pros:

The accommodation surpassed my expectations, primarily because of the newly installed bathroom (with good, spacious cubicle shower) and comfy bed.
The hotel looked to be one of those old, shabby looking joints on the outside but the room was very comfortable.

Cons:

Staffing of the reception was occasional.

L emplacement très proche du centre ville. Le petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Pas d ascenseur pour des chambres au 3ème étage, pas de savon, ni au lavabo ni dans la douche, pas de verre à dent, et une persistante odeur de cigarette dans la chambre.

Bel viale alberato. Buona posizione.

Cons:

E' sufficiente per passare una notte ma non curato: non c'è il sapone per le mani, due asciugamani per tre persone (i bambini non si lavano?), una riparazione con il nastro americano, il balcone pieno di foglie e cartacce portate dal vento. I piumoni a giugno senza clima nè ventilazione: abbiamo dovuto sfilare i piumoni per usare i copripiumoni come lenzuola.

Certe strutture su siti affidabili come booking.com non dovrebbero rientrare. L'hotel è in condizioni inadeguate per poter dare una valutazione; camere orribili, bagno con asciugamani macchiati e contati, armadio inesistente, paravento in bagno, aria condizionata non funzionante e finestre che non si possono totalmente aprire, staff che mentre sei in camera apre la porta con il passpartou e check out fatto alle 8 di mattina senza nessuno presente.Lo valuto con un 1 perché non posso mettere di meno. Sicuramente non consigliabile, non credete alle foto. INCLASSIFICABILE.
