Die zentrale Lage und Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof.

Cons:

Die Straßenbahnen sind trotz geschlossener Fenster unüberhörbar. Ohne Ohrstöpsel ist eine Nachtruhe nicht möglich.
Demnächst buche ich wieder ein Hotel in ruhiger Lage.... Das Frühstück war mäßig, die Auswahl gering, das Personal eher mürrisch als zugewandt freundlich.

Schöner Aufenthalt für einen Citytrip nach München.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist super gelegen, in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs, direkt an einer Tramstation und fußläufig zur Innenstadt.

Cons:

Durch die vorbeifahrende Tram war es ziemlich laut. Bei offenem Fenster konnte man nicht schlafen.

Günstig gelegen, zu laut.
Cons:

Es wurde Klimaanlage versprochen, aber es gab nur einen Ventilator im Zimmer. Die Straßenbahn war sehr laut. Zu viele Nachtbars in der Nähe.

Sehr nettes Horel mit großen Zimmern in Bahnhofsnähe
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine rundum die Uhr besetzte Rezeption mit freundlichem Personal. Es gibt an der Rezeption eine sichere Kofferaufbewahrung mit Gepäckschein, wo man auch vor dem Einchecken oder nach dem Auschecken sein Gepäck aufbewahren kann.
Das Zimmer war hell, groß, sehr sauber und nett eingerichtet. Es gab einen offenen Flur mit begehbaren Schrank und großem Spiegel. Im Zimmer war ein großes Bett, ein Schreibtisch und 2 Polsterstühle. Es gab eine Kofferablage und ein großes Fenster und eine Balkontür. Das Bad war sehr klein, funktional und sehr sauber.
Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Der Hauptbahnhof ist nur knapp 5 Gehminuten entfernt und zum Königsplatz und zum Lenbachhaus sind es bloss 7 Gehminuten. Es gibt viele preiswerte Imbisslokale & Cafés in direkter Nachbarschaft.

Cons:

Obwohl das Zimmer im 2. Stock zum Innenhof lag, waren die Straßenbahnen deutlich zu hören.
