Great location and staffs but not good breakfast
Pros:

Great location. Great size room. I like the laundry room.. Staffs are very helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast is not good and is identical every day. Warm dishes are not warm at all. Coffee doesn't taste good.

Pros:

아침조식도 한국인 입맛에 딱 맞았고요. 특히 라면기계에 원하는 라면 끓여먹을수도 있어요.위치는 지하철 바로 앞이라 관광지 어디든 갈수 있고요. 앞에 있는 믹스몰에 맛집도 많고 수퍼마켓이 있어 직접 초밥도 사다 먹을수 있어요.

Good locatiion and cozy accomendation.
Pros:

就在五四廣場C出口，走路兩分鐘，非常方便，二樓還有便利商店，真的非常好，旅館的房間很大，住起來很舒服。

Cons:

床有點硬，不太像是商務的設施，其他都很不錯。

ITS PERFECT
Pros:

I’ve been traveling to Qingdao for business and have been staying at this hotel for the past four years. The location is perfect, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff are very helpful. The breakfast is good, and the metro station right underneath makes it convenient to reach any part of the city. Overall, it’s a perfect place to stay for both business and leisure trips.

Pros:

Отличное расположение, непосредственно у выхода из метро. Номера как студии хорошей площади. На другой стороне перекрестка расположен ОЧЕНЬ большой торговый центр, в нем представлены все основные мировые бренды, можно найти всё что нужно, в том числе магазины игрушек POP Mart и TOP Toys. Матрасы жестковаты но в целом нормально, подушки удобные.

Good location, nice staff
Pros:

The room was spacious with the listed amenities. Staff were very helpful. The room and bathroom were clean.

The location is good - 10 mins walk from May 4th square, and right next to the subway exit.

Cons:

The whole place is shabby and in need of renovation. The apartment was tatty. There was no hot water in the kitchen tap. The shower leaked. The safe did not work. The TV system was very slow. The kitchen area was very dark and the one light there made hardly any impact.

I would not have minded any of the problems if I'd paid less, but this apartment cost double what I've paid for other places that were ten times nicer.
