Cosy and comfy
Pros:

Staff were friendly and prompt to assist. Room was clean, cosy and I liked the small gift and freebies. The unique way room numbers are displayed was a fun touch.

Cons:

Light bulbs beside the bed are a bit bright for me without a diffuser or dimmer dial. Perhaps easier access to the ironing board for anyone who needs it.

A unique and historical style where the services reflect the age of the building.
Pros:

Proximity. Style of the property was great. We chose a loft space and it was really good to see the creativity in the styling.

Cons:

Our heating did not work. We sought assistance but this did not rectify the issue. There were no blankets to assist us so we used the bathrobes for additional warmth. The hot water was very lukewarm. This made showering uncomfortable. Particularly in the morning it was a quick splash. We found the female restaurant staff member poorly receptive and rushed us for an evening drink. We acknowledge there are closing times but she was very disinterested in our experience.

Comfiest beds in Sydney!
Pros:

We have stayed at Hotel Woolstore a couple times now and we love the location and quality for price. I always recommend my friends to stay here when in Sydney! The beds are sublime!

The hot water can sometimes be iffy.
