Great location and cool venue. Really loved the breakfast and dinners too
Bit dark in the room
Staff are very friendly and helpful, particularly Maxim on the front desk. Waiting staff at breakfast were very obliging. Rooms are very comfortable and quiet.
We could not find anything to dislike
Check in was easy and quick, got a free upgraded room, bed was super comfy, restaurant downstairs was fabulous

My room didn’t have a window so felt pokey but it was spotless and comfortable bed.
Style and architecture, great. Great to see the old wool store re-invented. Loved the exposed brick, old windows and timbers. Everything else was standard hotel and good, not exceptional.

We loved the interior of the room, the furniture and the location! The reception staff was friendly and professional.
We heard a little weird noise (seems to be from outside) frequently, including at night. Not sure what caused it.
