Cons:

Les oreillers sont un peu trop petits et trop durs. C’est vraiment la seule remarque que j’ai à faire. Tout était parfait

Bel hôtel dans un cadre verdoyant et calme, bien situé à proximité de Carcassonne. Chambre et lit très confortable, accueil attentif et agréable, petit déjeuner parfait.

Hôtel confortable au calme
Pros:

L'emplacement en périphérie de Carcassonne, en pleine campagne, mais à 10 mn de la cité (vaut le voyage pour ceux qui ne connaissent pas) et de la ville basse (appelée la Bastide à présent, mais sans intérêt).
Au calme donc, on est réveillé au chant des oiseaux :)
Parking de l'hôtel gratuit.
Connexion internet ok.
La propreté irréprochable.
La qualité du petit déjeuner.
Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la grande piscine étant donné la température en avril, mais c'est un plus évident pour la saison chaude.
Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et nous ont renseigné sur les choses à voir dans la région. Il y en a d'ailleurs énormément et une semaine n'y suffit pas.

Cons:

Ni restaurant ni bar à l'hôtel, mais c'était annoncé, donc pas une surprise.
Pour compenser, quelques bonnes adresses avec un bon rapport qualité-prix fournies par les propriétaires de l'hôtel, que nous avons validées !
Notre chambre (double supérieure) était très confortable mais déco et mobilier un peu vieillissant. Pas de mini bar.
Le prix du petit déjeuner, excessif malgré la qualité.

Pros:

Un hotel con mucho encanto, bonito, limpio, cuidan todos los detalles. Un lugar tranquilo, lejos de la cuidad, se respira calma y naturaleza.
El personal muy amable y atento con los huéspedes.
El desayuno buffet muy completo y buenísimo.
Un lugar sin duda para repetir.
