Nice hotel in Ghent
Pros:

Nice hotel in a quiet corner of the city. The room was spacious and comfy in general. The staff were mostly friendly and helpful. There are public transportation nearby so we could get to the city in a short time. We were also able to enjoyed the pool with the kids...luckily.

Cons:

The staff made a mistake and put us in a room on the 1st floor with wooden flooring. The guest underneath our room complained to the staff about the noise from our kids running in the room... after that we had to keep telling our kids to not walking too fast every 5 minutes... which was a bit annoying... because they are just KIDS... and the hotel supposed to be "family-friendly"....also there are also rules and time slot you can use the pool, but it's not guarantee that you get to use the pool unless you pay extra fee and book the whole pool for yourself, so sometime we wanted to use the pool but not sure how long we could enjoy it until suddenly some guests decide to book it and kick us out...

Très belle découverte/ hôtel confortable et personnel gentil

Le personnel était très gentil, la chambre fort spacieuse.

Cons:

Le fait que des jardiniers travaillent face à l hôtel avant 08h du matin. Et l espace spa m a un peu déçue. Le sauna était ok mais le hammam ne chauffait pas assez à mon goût, pas bcp de vapeur et il manquait une bonne odeur… on a payé 70eur pour un accès à deux d une heure mais ça ne les valait pas. J ai trouvé le petit déjeuner un peu cher aussi pour ce qui était proposé.

A great day in NV Ghent! Would recommend!
Pros:

Good location to visit town center. Close to tram. Staff were very polite and helpful. Rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Très bel hôtel et très propre il est situé à 2mn du tram et c'est super pratique pour le pas prendre sa voiture, petit déjeuner très varié.

Cons:

C'est dommage que le personnel ne parle aucun mot français du coup c'est au client d'essayer de s'adapter.

Pros:

Hôtel dans un quartier calme et résidentiel agréable. Salle de bain spacieuse. L’histoire de hôtel est intéressante. Personnel agréable.

Cons:

Mauvaise surprise : le sauna et le hammam sont payants ok doit rajouter environ 35 euros PAR PERSONNE pour les utiliser car ils n’était même pas chauffés. Sur leur site il était mentionné que l’accès au spa en matinée est inclus et cela devrait concerner aussi les installations en place. Par ailleurs la propreté de l’ensemble du SPA laissait à désirer. Le hammam sentait l’humidité. Il y a quelque chose à revoir dans l’offre et la façon dont le spa est accessible.
