Empfehlenswert
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Parkplatz am Haus, das war prima. Mit der Tram kann man sich gut in der Stadt bewegen; direkt vor dem Hotel befindet sich eine Tramhaltestelle mit dichtem Takt.

Cons:

Kühle Räume, für uns zu kühl im April.

Chambre très spacieuse, personnel au top, le parking a un prix plus que raisonnable par rapport à Gand

Redelijk hotel, wat gedateerd.
Pros:

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, parkeergelegenheid bij het hotel, uitgebreid ontbijt (wel prijzig 19,50 pp). Grote kamer en comfortabel bed.

Cons:

Hygiene viel wat tegen, het hotel is vrij oud en dat zie terug bijvoorbeeld in de badkamer, openbare wc met schimmelvlekken en voegen die viezig zijn. Ook de kamer zelf kan beter gepoetst worden. We hadden een grote ruime familiekamer, maar onder de keuken en in de hoekjes was het niet schoon.
De geur
Het ontbijt werd niet goed bijgevuld en we moesten steeds vragen om iets. Prijs van het onbijt vonden we te duur met 19,50. Het ontbijt is verder wel lekker en uitgebreid.

Nice hotel in Ghent
Pros:

Nice hotel in a quiet corner of the city. The room was spacious and comfy in general. The staff were mostly friendly and helpful. There are public transportation nearby so we could get to the city in a short time. We were also able to enjoyed the pool with the kids...luckily.

Cons:

The staff made a mistake and put us in a room on the 1st floor with wooden flooring. The guest underneath our room complained to the staff about the noise from our kids running in the room... after that we had to keep telling our kids to not walking too fast every 5 minutes... which was a bit annoying... because they are just KIDS... and the hotel supposed to be "family-friendly"....also there are also rules and time slot you can use the pool, but it's not guarantee that you get to use the pool unless you pay extra fee and book the whole pool for yourself, so sometime we wanted to use the pool but not sure how long we could enjoy it until suddenly some guests decide to book it and kick us out...

Très belle découverte/ hôtel confortable et personnel gentil

Le personnel était très gentil, la chambre fort spacieuse.

Cons:

Le fait que des jardiniers travaillent face à l hôtel avant 08h du matin. Et l espace spa m a un peu déçue. Le sauna était ok mais le hammam ne chauffait pas assez à mon goût, pas bcp de vapeur et il manquait une bonne odeur… on a payé 70eur pour un accès à deux d une heure mais ça ne les valait pas. J ai trouvé le petit déjeuner un peu cher aussi pour ce qui était proposé.

A great day in NV Ghent! Would recommend!
