The service, no comp water for an expensive room, staff too busy, food left outside rooms all night. No sewing kit, pillows big and hard, staff not interested in helping. Funny smell

Very close to airport
We ordered room service which after waiting nearly an hour for, and paid a significant price for, arrived cold. The reception wouldn’t answer the phone and my husband had to walk down to reception 4 times to request an update as to where our replacement food was. We eventually received the food nearly 2.5 hours after our original order.
So convenient, easy check in check out .
