Perfect location when you travel , comfortable

Good location, poor customer service.

Close to airport

Cons:

Room service took an hour for simple margarita pizza & coke. Pizza was cold, has obviously been sitting there for a while! No answer from reception, in room dining, concierge or anyone when I rang from room phone to enquire what my pizza was taking so long.

Great overnighter
Pros:

Always stay here before flying out. Great location for international flights. Rooms quite adequate for an overnight stay. Bed very comfortable, room well presented

Good place to stay
Pros:

Literally right across the road from the international airport. Can walk across the road n check out where you need to go for the next day. Can get a nice meal at Smithies or go across to the airport for a cheaper snack.

Cons:

Not sure if they have a shuttle bus that goes to the domestic terminal
