Pros:

Room large and comfortable. Location was 5 to 10 minutes away from everything you needed.

Cons:

Not worth the money.
Pros:

Very friendly lady who checked us in, helped out with the late check in parking situation. They answered the phone straight away when we had an issue with the air con not turning on.

The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen seemed well set out, even though we didn't use it during our stay.

Good location in Salamanca, check in was simple and easy.
The room was quiet despite being so central in the city.

Cons:

The room was somewhat dirty upon arrival. There was unflushed toilet paper in the toilet, grime all over the kitchen drawers, and the table by the window was covered in crumbs.

We had no hot water for the entire evening, which made showers uncomfortable - we would have called the office but by the time my wife and I went for a shower it was towards midnight and we didn't want to be an annoyance at that time of night.

The toilet was... strangely small and low to the ground. It was like one of those ones you see in the parent/child bathroom at a shopping centre. Made trying to sit down very awkward and uncomfortable.

The air con was a bit disappointing. Even on the coldest setting and full fan force - the room never really cooled down. Maybe it needs a service or something.

Perfect location, very relaxing
Pros:

Perfect location, walking distance to restaurants and cafes. Great for the markets

Cons:

Cafe downstairs was recommended for breakfast, but was far too crowded and noisy for us.

Pros:

This place exceeded my expectations! The bed was amazing. The facilities in our room were great. The room was dark during the night. Our room was very quiet and we couldnt hear outside noise or neighbors. This will be our preferred stay in Hobart now. The little cafe next to reception "Gi Gi's" was perfect for breakfast or a snack.
