Pros:

Frau Nadine, die Dame an der Rezeption war die beste, kompetentste und hilfreichste Person, die wie bis jetzt auf unseren Reisen kennengelernt haben. Hat unser großes Problem (Dokumentenverlust) großartig gelöst!

Un alojamiento extraclase. Nadine, espectacular.
Pros:

Todo fue EXCELENTE. Especialmente Nadine fue extremadamente eficiente y amable. Viajamos con frecuencia y pocas veces se conoce a una persona como ella. A los pocos minutos de haberla conocido te parece que la conoces de toda la vida. Nos resolvió todas nuestras necesidades con excelencia y una alegría desbordante. Lo mejor es que no fue solo con nosotros. Trata de igual manera (amable, afectuosa, familiar) a todos los huéspedes. Es un lujo tratar con personas como ella y los demás del hotel. El acceso y la ubicación del hotel son excelentes también. Las habitaciones muy cómodas, el baño impecable. Todo maravilloso. Volveremos allí siempre que podamos.

Everything was EXCELLENT. Nadine, in particular, was extremely efficient and kind. We travel frequently, and it's rare to meet someone like her. Within minutes of meeting her, you feel like you've known her forever. She handled all our needs with excellence and boundless joy. The best part is that she wasn't just kind to us. She treats all guests with the same warmth, kindness, and warmth. It's a real privilege to deal with people like her and the rest of the hotel staff. The hotel's access and location are also excellent. The rooms are very comfortable, and the bathroom is spotless. Everything was wonderful. We will return whenever we can.

Location was great

Cons:

Incredibly overpriced. Noise of airconditioning unit was so loud, which was set at 26 degrees and controlled by reception so unable to to change it. We got locked out due to someone manually locking the door but this seems to happen often enough they could give guests a key to the front door. Shower looked clean but was falling apart.
Parking was only partially discounted and was not guaranteed.

Location is superb. It has a lift to the 4th floor then stairs to the 5th. Rooms are being modernised and those done are very nice. Older ones dated but pleasant. A good breakfast.
