Hotel espectacular.

This is the second time I've used the Eforea Spa at the Hilton Panama, and have enjoyed it both times. The massage therapists are excellent. The wet area which includes the sauna, steam room, and large hot tub are very clean. But be warned that when they say it is unisex, they mean that it is coed, so you must wear a bathing suit.
Also note that the spa is within the Hilton Panama on the P Floor. It is not where Google maps shows it.

Outstanding service from our hotel restaurant waitress, Isamar! From the moment I sat down, she was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely friendly.

Beware of the Front desk. They will do anything in their power to lie and charge you. I originally booked a room at Hilton Panama for certain days. Due to flight disruptions, my travel plans were delayed, and I called the hotel’s front desk in advance to notify them of my late arrival. I ultimately arrived at the hotel on the morning of the next day at which time I was informed that my reservation had been canceled and that there was no record of my call regarding the delayed arrival.
I requested that the front desk contact Hilton Honors to resolve the issue. However, the front desk representative, Christian Montenegro, informed me that he could not do so because “Hilton Honors is closed” (his exact words). Knowing the was lying, I contacted Hilton Honors myself and was able to connect with a representative immediately.
After explaining the situation, the Hilton Honors agent apologized for the inconvenience, rebooked my stay, and requested that the hotel upgrade my room as a courtesy. At no point during any of these conversations the hotel informed that this was being treated as a new reservation or that my original booking had been marked as a no-show.
At checkout, I noticed a charge of few hundred dollars on my credit card. When I asked about it, front desk told me it was an incidental deposit that would be refunded within a few days.
Several days later, the charge was still present on my credit card, so I contacted the hotel for clarification. At that point, the hotel offered various explanations, including claims that the charge had already been released and that the delay was the bank’s responsibility. I contacted the hotel multiple times over the course of several weeks, and each time I received a different explanation.
After more than three weeks of follow-ups, I finally received an email from the hotel stating that the charge was for a no-show fee, despite the fact that I did, in fact, arrive, stay at the hotel, and settle my balance upon checkout.

I love the location and the cleanliness. I loved the view from the room. The staff were very courteous and helpful.

The breakfast service was awesome. They remembered us each morning and took special care with my son who was receiving medical treatment in Panama. I would like to thank Edisa Angelo, Zulu, and Jayden who always greeted us with big smiles and offered impeccable service.

So hard to leave! Such a peaceful & incredible view of the ocean, the pool was nice & all the amenities provided were amazing! Manuel & Adith were amazing during our continental breakfast! So attentive, friendly & helpful, will definitely be back

The room was very big and spacious and the balcony very big too. There was a coffee maker and a mini fridge in the room. The shower/bathroom was huge. Plenty of toiletries provided in the shower. They had snacks and water for us to purchase in the room, very expensive though. The customer service was amazing, they were always very kind, friendly and helpful. The ladies at breakfast were extremely welcoming too. Gina, the concierge, was excellent. She helped us book a tour. Overall great service, clean room, HUGE gym, open 24/7, the pool was medium size. There is a Starbucks on the first floor and a casino.

The hotel was perfect.I don't know how the bed and the pillows are always so comfortable versus other places or even my house.But we slept so good, and then the buffet in café restaurant in the morning was excellent, and all the staff were very helpful . Adith went out of her way i got a couple of times just to help my wife.She was very sweet, along with the staff at worked alongside her.

We returned to the Hilton Panama in April 2026 for our 2nd stay, and it once again exceeded expectations. 4 of us stayed for 1 week, split between an Ocean View Master Suite and an Ocean View Premium Double room (accessible). From arrival to departure, the hotel delivered an elevated experience - phenomenal service, consistent warmth, and professional attention to detail at every turn.

A special thank-you to Ms. Peralta, Director of Operations, who was amazing and helped ensure the best overall experience for our group. That level of care is exactly what makes a great hotel feel exceptional.

The property is grand, beautifully maintained, and perfectly positioned overlooking Panama Bay while being centrally located for shopping and activities. We fully enjoyed the amenities: the rooftop pool for relaxing afternoons, the relaxing spa, the casino for an easy evening option, and the Emotions Dinner Theatre, which was wonderful and truly unique. Dining was consistently strong across the onsite restaurants and room service.

The Ocean View Master Suite deserves special praise. It’s a fantastic setup for a family - suitable for 4, though it’s probably best if the additional 2 guests are children. The suite includes a spacious living room with a pullout bed, a dedicated bathroom, and a kitchen with a dining area, which made our weeklong stay feel effortless. The Master Suite felt like a private apartment - living room + pullout, second bath, kitchen/dining, and a spa-like primary bath with a skyline-view soaking tub. The bedroom features a king bed and access to the balcony, which became our favorite place to unwind. We loved sitting there watching the tides roll in and out and seeing ships traverse through the canal area, all with an uninterrupted, cinematic view of Panama Bay.

The primary bathroom was absolutely stunning - massive, with both a shower and a soaking tub overlooking the Panama skyline, which added a romantic, spa-like feel to our evenings.

Accessibility was also excellent. My 89-year-old mother-in-law found the property very accessibility-friendly, and her accessible Ocean View Premium Double was comfortable and easy for her to navigate - something we deeply appreciated.

Hilton Panama continues to be a standout for service, comfort, and views. We’ll definitely be back!
