The hotel was great the facilities were also very good as well as the service. I must point out at breakfast we had a staff member named Gloria Brown that gave us excellent service. She answered all our questions about the country and gave us great advice on attractions and place to visit. She made sure our service was of a high standard and she we really started off our days great at breakfast. That made a big differencr for us. Thank you Glory we definitely will be back.
We had such a wonderful experience at Hilton Panamá, and we especially want to recognize three outstanding team members: Nathaly, Edisa, and Angelo Reyes, along with their manager, Gloria Angelo.
From the moment we arrived, Nathaly, Edisa, and Angelo were incredibly kind, courteous, and attentive. What truly stood out was how sweet and warm they were with our children. They went out of their way to make them feel welcome and special, which made a lasting impression on our whole family. Their genuine smiles, patience, and thoughtful service made every interaction a pleasure.
It’s rare to encounter hospitality that feels so heartfelt and natural. Under Gloria Angelo’s leadership, it’s clear that customer care is a true priority. The professionalism and warmth of this team made our stay even more memorable.
Thank you all for making our family feel so valued — we can’t wait to return!
Frokosten var god, men tok lang tid
Ellers topp
Burde vart bedre service i poolbaren
J’ai beaucoup aimé cet hôtel, avec un petit plus piscine ensoleillée toute la journée (pas évident à Panama city!)
Comodidad de la habitación y desayuno
Algo de ruido
Lobby was clean and breakfast space was good
Room was musky and it looked like no one had been in that room awhile my boyfriend and I skin was scratching I went for my birthday and didn’t enjoy it was very upset
Good location, nice facilites, upgraded room, great view. Staff was super nice
In the room, the AC is noisy
Room & View were exceptional. Staff was friendly and helpful. Restuarants also had really delicious food.
May be a litle more variety at breakfast.
Jay , Alexandra, and Alejandro Mucho grande Excellante. Took care of us all day during the playoff.
Great hotel, huge suites, many dining options, no need to leave the property, but in a safe area so it is enjoyable to do so. Casino was a bit lackluster. Staff were very attentive and kind and English speaking. In particular, Jaidy was wonderful at breakfast. She was attentive, kind and always smiling.
This was a great place to stay. The room was nice, the staff was friendly, the pool and pool bar were good, the restaurants were good, and the location is really convenient. It’s 20 minutes from the airport and about a $5 uber to Casco Viejo. The only complaint - and this is really minor - is the elevators were a little slow. But that’s the most minor of annoyances. I would definitely stay here again.
The staff was amazing. Especially Francisco, Roderick and Alexis. They were friendly, gave great tips about the area and were very accommodating.
The hotel has an agreement with The Stem Cell Clinic. Families with children seeking treatment spend the week at the hotel, receiving treatment in the morning and the rest of the day the play at the pool. The Hilton is set up to receive and attend these families. Unfortunately, they have a hard time keeping up with the demand of the families. If you’re here to have a relaxing experience, a clean pool and quiet rooms. This is not the hotel.
Excelentes instalaciones; piscinas amplias, limpias y bellas.
Excellent service especially at the bar, special mentions to Mirta, Kishiana and Fabiana
4 nuits fin janvier 2026.
I want to start by saying that the rooms at the Hilton Panama City are nice, and the staff throughout the hotel is professional, kind, and welcoming.
That said, I feel it’s important to share a serious safety concern related to the pool area during my stay.
When I went to use the pool, the conditions felt unsafe and unmanageable. At the time, there were more than 15 children with special needs in the pool area, many of whom were staying at the hotel in connection with medical treatment through the Stem Cell Institute of Panama, which is located in the same building and partners with the Hilton for patient accommodations. Families come for a week stay, to receive treatment and enjoy the hotel.
This partnership, and its impact on shared amenities, was not disclosed on the Hilton website at the time of booking, so I was unprepared for the environment. The pool area was extremely crowded and chaotic. Children were running quickly around the pool perimeter and along the edge, creating clear slip-and-fall risks. There was also food and trash throughout the area, including bread, French fries, chip bags, and napkins floating in the pool.
From a safety standpoint, the pool did not appear to be staffed or supervised at a level appropriate for these conditions. Parents were understandably occupied, often gathered in groups discussing treatment plans. While some apologized to other guests, some explained that all of the kids were autistic and there for treatment, others were unable to closely monitor their children. I felt uncomfortable and concerned about potential accidents or injuries.
Given that the clinic operates within the same building and partners directly with the hotel, there appears to be a shared responsibility to ensure adequate SUPERVISION , staffing, cleanliness, and safety in common areas like the pool.
To be clear, this is not a criticism of the children, it’s for the Hilton and The Stem Cell Institute. The issue is communication, and safety management. As a paying guest, the pool experience was significantly impacted, and more importantly, the conditions did not feel safe for anyone involved.
This is a nice hotel with great staff, but future guests should be aware that it also functions as a medical tourism destination, and shared amenities may be affected. Greater transparency and stronger safety measures would go a long way in improving the experience for everyone. If you’re looking for a relaxing hotel for your stopover, this is not the place.
Rooms and amenities are very good, and modern.
But what really makes the difference is customer service, which Stefany at the front desk really did an excellent job and everything easy, especially when I had to make last minute changes to my schedule.
5/5 Hilton Panamá 👏
