Pros:

Super personnel dans un cadre avec une vue particulièrement bien. Un très bon petit déjeuner avec la vue sur le lac, une chambre de bonne taille et un personnel au petits soins ! C'était vraiment bien !

Cons:

La piscine est plutôt petite.

Suggestion d'améliorations : Une petite douche pour quand on sort du lac.

Very nice room, spacious and clean. Beautiful terrace. Really enjoyed breakfast: breakfast was great.

Cons:

Some noise throughout the night probably due to the aircon system- that was the only thing otherwise beautiful and comfortable

Ein tolles Hotel mit super Lage!!
Pros:

Wir waren zum 3. mal in diesem Hotel, weil es uns dort so gut gefällt, die Lage ist super!!, die Zimmer gut ausgestattet, das Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht, Frühstück und Restaurant sind klasse!

Cons:

...früher gab es zum Aperitif ein paar Chips und Oliven und nachmittags zum Kaffee Plätzchen oder kleine Pralinen, das gab es dieses Jahr leider nicht mehr, aber das ist zu verschmerzen... ;)

Die Lage des Hotels ist super schön direkt am See mit eigenem Seezugang (Steg) und komfortabler Liegewiese. Toller Whirlpool. Ansprechendes, kleineres
Zimmer mit dunklen, etwas älteren Möbel, dafür sehr sauber. Sehr nettes Personal. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück mit erlesenen regionalen Produkten.

Cons:

Dunkle, ältere Möbel im Zimmer. Aber auf hohem Niveau gemeckert!
Autogarage sehr eng, mit grösseren Autos etwas schwierig. Es hat aber auch Aussenparkplätze zur Verfügung

Die richtige Seite der Straße. Kein Straßenlärm. Großzügige, gepflegte Suite (Nr 2). Geiler Blick. Charmantes Personal. Parken kein Problem.
Niedliche Trattoria am Anleger. Großartiges Hotelrestaurant Antico Verbano direkt daneben - wirklich inspirierte Küche, natürlich sympathische Menschen!

Cons:

Der fiese Geruch aus der Toilette. Habe mein Bettlaken parfümeriert um in Frieden schlafen zu können.
