בריכה אחלה חוף יפה, הצוות נחמד , ארוחת בוקר נחמדה

יש למלון המון פוטנציאל, אבל הוא לא ממומש. התחזוקה של המלון מאוד גרועה, חדרים ישנים ומתפרקים, ג׳קוזי שלא עובד, ריח ביציאה מהחדרים ובהמון חלקים במלון שאי אפשר לנשום!!! באנו לירח דבש ואמרו לנו שהמגבות של הברבורים זה המגבות שלנו, וכשביקשנו מגבות חדשות פשוט לקחו לנו את אלה של הירח דבש (לא שזה רע פשוט זה לא קרה לנו במלונות אחרים) לא כלכך היה נעים לשהות בו, לגבי האיזור אמנם הוא קרוב לצוואנג אבל לא הייתי חוזרת לאותו איזור, פחות כיף להיות שם. עדיף את הצוואנג עצמו.

Great overall, location and staff top notch
Pros:

The staff were fantastic, especially the reception staff, Folk, Sine, View and especially Ninja who was honestly nicest most helpful member of staff ever, highly recommend just for the customer service alone.

Cons:

The jacuzzi’s in the bathrooms don’t work in any of the rooms and are just big baths

Pros:

El mejor hotel de la zona sin duda. Habitación grande y limpia ( la limpian a diario, incluido el suelo). Balcón grande, caja fuerte, cama cómoda. Amenities en el baño. Está en la misma playa de Chaweng, y en la mejor zona de la playa en cuanto a espacio y limpieza. Agua limpísima en esta zona de la playa. Personal maravilloso, tanto del bar como de recepción. Desayuno básico, pero sificiente. Hamacas del hotel en la playa. Recomendable 100%.

Cons:

La puerta de la ducha no cierra bien, y sale bastante agua, es el único pero que tiene. Aún así, no es nada comparable con todo lo bueno que ofrece.

L'accès directement à la plage, bien placé pour rejoindre la ville et faire du shopping, deux piscines dont une qui donne sur la mer.

Cons:

A part un très bon accueil à notre arrivée par les hôtesses, le reste du personnel est non accueillant, non souriant, on a l'impression de les déranger , le ménage est à peine fait.

Alles in Allem waren wir sehr zufrieden, es war eine entspannte Woche.
Pros:

Strandnähe perfekt, Stadtnähe perfekt, Personal sehr zuvorkommend und stets freundlich.

Cons:

Frühstück war leider enttäuschend. Früchte, Gemüse und Fleisch sind in einem nicht funktionierenden Kühlregal gelagert. Kaffemaschinen funtionieren schleppend und macht keine Freude diese zu bedienen.

Lovely resort with everything you need
Pros:

Staff so friendly and helpful ! Lovely room with a view out to the sea, good location, close to many restaurants and bars but far enough away to not be disturbed by the noise of the bars at night. Beachfront swimming pool was lovely.

Cons:

Shower was pretty average but everything else was great.
