Our stay at the executive club floor was really nice and staff there is incredible as the room and the lounge itself. However, the main entrance staff are not really helpful and prefer to chat togather than to assist you.

I was only there for a night, but it was great. About as good as it gets in Kiev. Had a wonderful breakfast there as well. All of the buttons in the room to turn on the lights, etc were fun to play with.

This was a really bad stay. The hotel was clean and the staff was very unpleasant and everyone is trained to simply rip off the foreigners. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Very loud music in the lobby. They had something like a nightclub going in the bar.

I was on the 6th floor and the “bump, bump, bump” of the base was going until 1:30 AM and I asked to get moved to another room — which they did with no problems.
