bad choice. spoiling Radisson name
Cons:

the restaurent overcharged me for my drink and then when I found out and asked, they apologised.
They have put the body lotion dispenser in the wash basin area and the hand wash dispenser in the bathing area

the bathing cubicle did not have a hand rail for elderly people to hold, the chance of someone slipping and falling is very high

Extremely good service
Pros:

I am extremely happy with the hospitality. I fell sick during the visit nd was on medication. The team went out of the way to take extra care- giving me water for gargles, providing medicine, food etc.
Very happy with the team.

Service and Ambience Did Not Match Expectations
Pros:

The hotel experience was not what we expected. The ambience and overall quality did not justify the high room charges. Despite the premium pricing, basic service standards were lacking.
The staff did not take customers seriously, especially in the restaurant. Service was extremely slow, and the waiting time was unacceptable. Because of this delay, I missed an important store launch meeting, which caused significant inconvenience.
At the live counter, the food that was ordered was not provided to everyone as requested. This was very disappointing, and it felt as though we were not treated equally or fairly compared to other guests.
Overall, the hotel needs major improvement in customer service, restaurant management, and service efficiency. This experience did not meet the expectations set by the pricing and brand image.
