Excellent, calming stay in a bright spacious room with a lovely bathtub, wonderful staff.
Pros:

I was exceptionally well looked after during my stay. All the staff were friendly and supportive, and as a long-term guest with a disability, everyone went out of their way to make my stay comfortable, making multiple adjustments to meet my health needs and for my ease. The view from the upper floors was really relaxing and the room felt calm and spacious. I also loved the bathtub in my room. Despite traffic and hustle and bustle below in the street, the sound proofing is really good and I wasn't disturbed at all by other guests.

Cons:

I did find the a/c in some of the rooms to be difficult to control and I actually moved rooms for my own comfort. The hotel were more than happy to help me with this though.

good for stay but not good for coming for any work .it is very far away from main city .

Pros:

Breakfast spread was good.
They cater to special dietary needs.
Greeting during checkin was smooth and pleasant

Mr. Swapnil is very good person. I know him ever since 4 years I'm coming to this property, it used to me country inn m suites before.

Cons:

Some people serving at restaurant are full of ego and attitude.
Night duty person Mr. Kavish wasnt aware of any things. Plus upon insisting also he was adamant to check for charges posted against my room. Eventually after pushing, I found out some were incorrect. Had it been my mother, she would not be able to push n check and would have end up paying more

Internet sucks.. They really need to work on that.

It was good.
Pros:

Was peaceful, rooms were big and comfortable. But no view even from 8th floor

Cons:

Nothing to dislike as such. It’s located in MIDC area, and is on the outskirts of the town.
