Hotel is awesome as the service and facilities are great. Staff at the hotel are good.Sumitha and the front desk team are amazing and helpful all the time when needed.

Excellent Rooms are provided and hygiene is maintained.Prompt room service with excellent buffet is provided in the restaurant which has varieties of options and tastes delicious at an affordable price.Service provided by the person in restaurant was also excellent wether it is Supriya or Deb with chef also attending for any thing u want that can be done with the food provided in buffet like making some thing spicy.

I stayed at this property for 2 nights, and I must say everything was perfect—from check-in to check-out. The staff is extremely kind, polite, and always ready to help.

The rooms are very well-maintained, neat, and tidy, with a great view. The food was absolutely delicious. I had the pleasure of meeting the Chef during breakfast—the spread was impressive, and special credit goes to Corporate Chef Naved and his team for such a wonderful experience.

A special mention to the entire hotel team for their warm hospitality. I would also like to appreciate the female security staff at the entrance—greet you with a smile, efficiently manage security checks, and ensure you are escorted to the elevator, which adds a very thoughtful touch.

The room rates are quite reasonable considering the excellent service and facilities provided.

Overall, a fantastic experience—I would definitely recommend this property and look forward to staying here again!

Whenever I am in Mumbai I prefer this perticular hotel for stay for their awesome service and Hospitality right from checkin to checkout. At breakfast I noticed thier staff perticularly Supriya and Aniket goes out of way and help customers like me for thier perticular need (me being diabetic) and always ready to serve with smile. They are epitome of hospitality and responsibility.

The staff is courteous. Hotel has all amenities as required by a business traveller. All important connectivity points are within its vicinity.

Food, Hospitality and arrangements for the meeting were good

Staff was soo nice and excellent specially Supriya and jayesh Specially supriya treat guest like family member when I check in and go to have breakfast I have servers headache but she takes care me like her father that was excellent
