I really appreciate it, I really loved the luxurious experience these people gave me. My first experience the hospitality of the hotel is excellent, I would like to thank supriya and jayesh for wonderful dining hospitality with smile faces. And I would like to thank chefs, attenders, receptionist, house keeping. who so ever involved in this service. Everyone should experience this hotel.

Good business hotel in the area but great experience because of the staff. Specially the likes of Jyotsna who was extremely helpful and it was a delightful experience because of her proactive hospitality. Would like to honestly see her grow quickly cuz i think she will do fantastic in this industry. Thanks again

Stay was fantastic!! Whole Staff was gunuily helpful always smiling and ready to help.... specially Sweet ladies Supriya and Joshna was damm humble can't forget Rushikesh, Jayesh, Jay did a good job....

Overall the stay was lovely....I would love to mention Beautiful ladies Supriya and Joshna always ready to help with cute smile, Also perfect service from Rushikesh, Jay and Jayesh.... Can't forget the Receptionist Tina, Shubham and Gauri made the necessary arrangements.....

Everything is perfect from Room to breakfast, specially Supriya and Jayesh they have been very helpful in breakfast time

Nice hotel close to Goregaon area of Mumbai and close to a huge mall.
Found it conveniently located to commute by train.
We got upgraded to deluxe room on request as it was not too busy.
The shower was a big disappointment as the water did not drain fast and found myself showering in puddle of water.
Breakfast option was good with good choice from cereal to hot cooked food.
The windows need a clean from the outside, although this is common problem with maintenance in every hotel.
Found turning lights off in the night a challenge as the switch is literally hidden and located under the headboard which is also covered by the mattress. Found that any sudden movement will turn on/off the lights, very bad design. Had to call the receptionist to be told where they were located. A simple sticker pointing to the switch would have helped.

Supriya and Rushikesh served us well. Good service.

The food was really good, the staff members Supriya and jayesh were so supportive.

A good property in Malad. Great service and hospitality. Chef Sachin is such a humble man to be at your service every time you need anything. Food prepared by him and under his supervision is just finger licking good.

Very helpful, polite, and welcoming. Check in and check out process was efficient and quick.

Had a comfortable stay at Residency Sarovar Portico. The staff was courteous and professional, rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. Convenient location for business visits. Would recommend for a comfortable stay.
