היגענו אני ובת זוגתי לרגל יומולדת שלה וציינתי במייל שנישלח אלי שיש יומולדת וגם כשהיגענו למלון על מנת לוודא במידה ולא יקבלו תמייל מסיבה כלשהי ציינתי זאת לנציג בקבלה ושילמתי 1500₪ ללילה שתהיה אווירה נעימה ליומולדת ולאכזבתי לא הייתה שום התייחסות לעניין אפילו כהרגשה טובה ליומולדת מרשת כמו ישרוטל המינימום שום התייחסות כשפניתי למנהלת בקבלה בהתחלה טענה כי השאירה לנו בקבוק מים וקופסה מיני קטנה מאוד של שוקולדים (די לא מכבד ליומולדת לאורח בקבוק מים!!!) והחזרנו תקופסת שוקולדים די לא מכבד לבית מלון שרשת ישרוטל והשארנו תלונה בנדון בטלפון למרכז שרות לקוחות חזרה אלי המנהלת שטענה בפעם השניה אותה מנהלת בדלפק כי לא ידעה שיש יומולדת למרות שציינה לפני כן כאשר ניגשתי לדלפק כי המים והקופסת מיני מיני שוקולד הינם התייחסות ליומולדת !! ובפלאפון דברים השתנו כי זו " מחווה מהבית מלון" ולא כידיעה שזה ליומלדת כי לא הודענו ושנפנה בטענה לבוקינג ולא אליהה או לבית מלון!!!למרות שעדיין היינו במלון לא היה שום נסיון להתייחס לסיבה שבשבילה באנו למלון נגה ללילה אחד באנו ובבוקר הלכנו בלי שום אווירה מסוימת !!אני מבין כי אין זו חובה אבל ציפייה כאורח כמו בכל מקום אירוח ישנה התייחסות מינימלית ומכבדת לאורחים הן בבתי מלון מכובדים הן מצימר בהזמנה ובטוח מרשת ישרוטל שהינה רשת מכובדת ומוכרת!!
להבדיל ממקומות אחרים כשאשר זוג מגיע הן ליום נישואין או ליומולדת ישנה מינימום אפילו התייחסות לעניין כחלק מחוויה מהנה כאורחים של הבית מלון במיוחד מרשת ישרוטל שניחשבת כאמור לחברה מכובדת , לא היה שום נסיון לשיפור ההרגשה וניטען כי אנחנו לא חברי מועדון של ישרוטל אבל בחרנו כאורחים להתארח אצלכם פשוט אכזבה אשמח להתייחסות בעניין תודה
