Très bel hôtel, parfaitement situé, avec un super resto et super petit dej.

Cons:

En revanche, l'information concernant le spa n'est pas parfaitement clair sur Booking, j'avais demandé dans la FAQ si il y avait bien un accès gratuit au spa (en plus des soins qui eux sont payants), j'avais eu une réponse positive. Mais j'aurais dû poser la question directement à l'hôtel, car la réponse était non: en fait de spa il y a un bain turque et il est accessible uniquement sur RDV pour 30€ la demie-heure. Petite déception onc par rapport à ça, car un moment détente après une grosse journée de marche nous aurait plu, et compte tenu du prix, je pense que ça pourrait être inclus.
Egalement, il faudrait donner la possibilité au client de demander à ce que les serviettes et draps ne soient pas changés forcément tous les jours. Nous y avons passé 4 nuits et tout a été changé chaque jour.

The location was perfect! Right in the centre as you out of Rossio Metro station and within walking distance of so much! Our room was fabulous (405), what a view!
