Great stay in Lisbon
We had a very pleasant stay at Figueira Hotel. The location is excellent, right in the center and within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained.
The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always ready to assist with any questions. The atmosphere of the hotel was calm and welcoming.
Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lisbon.

La chambre propre et confortable. La salle de bain très grande Bon Nous avons passé une superbe nuit. L’ambiance était cosy. Très bon petit déjeuné.

The electric blinds in the room kept getting stuck when either opening/closing.
La posizione super, per quanto mi riguarda e per dove ero diretto, il personale, in parte capoverdiano , molto simpatico e disponibile, ritorantino comodo, all ingresso.
ho prenotato un massaggio perquaxndo sarei arrivato, mi e' stato confermato via mail, il giorno prima dell arrivo (dopo giorni dalla loro conferma) mi mandano una mail che avrebbero spostato il massaggio un ora prima perche all ora richiesta la spa e' chiusa.... peccato che io all ora in cui mi hahnio spostato non sarei ancora arrivato all aeroporto ma , mi domando. saprai a che ora chiudi la spa prima di confermarmi ll orario del mio massaggio? e cosi , perso il massaggio quella sera, in reception al check in chiedo quindi di farlo il giorno dopo, perfetto, prenotato, se non fosse che .. altra disavventura , arrivo all orario prestabilito e la porta chiusa.. aspetto 5, 10 minuti dopodiché arriva dalla reception un ragazzo che mi dice che forse non erano stati avvisati alla spa .. grrrrr.... che provava a rintracciare la persona e sistemare... nel frattempo passa mezz'ora ora e io sulle scale ad attendere... sento vociare.. si apre la porta, esce una cliente dalla spa ... la massaggiatrice controlla il planner e non ha il mio messaggio nel hammam prenotato a mio nome.. lei gentilissima mi dice nessun problema dammi due minuti che sistemo lettino e ti faccio il massaggio , nel frattempo avviso la reception che accendono l hamman (che era spento completamente) cosi al posto di farlo prima del massaggio, lo fai dopo e lo trovi pronto. ok, massaggio, splendido, Jessica delle mani super per la mia necessita' da decontratturare. dopodiche', surprise, la reception non ha acceso l hammam , lei non si e' persa d animo, e guidata da qualcuno al telefono ha messo in moto tutto, se non fosse ch ero perso altri 15 minuti per attendere che si scaldasse un po, peccato, disorganizzazione totale sotto questo aspetto...altro particolare, il menu del ristorante presente nell ascensore aveva prezzi molto piu bassi rispetto a quelli poi trovati al ristorante, vabbe' ci sta una svista sul non aggiornare anche in ascensore..
