Great location and service at the hotel but the place could benefit from some updating.
Pros:

The location is excellent. Just steps from the metro and a short walk from the heart of the city. The hotel staff were very good and efficient. The facilities in the room were good with complimentary coffee and water.

Cons:

The room (and hotel in general) was quite dark. The breakfast staff and service in the restaurant need to be improved. The food was OK but the service was not good, long waits and unfriendly staff.

Kahvaltı salonundaki rahatsızlığımızı saymazsak fayda fiyat dengesi açısından memnun kaldık, tavsiye ederiz.
Pros:

Otelin konumu çok iyi .Odalar geniş, yatak çok geniş ve çok rahat. Odada kahve makinesi olması çok güzel. Temizlik gayet başarılı her gün havlular ve çarşaflar değişti. Resepsiyon çalışanları çok saygılı ve güler yüzlü. Kahvaltısı gayet güzel ve yeterli.

Cons:

Odalar çok geniş olmasına rağmen dolaplar yetersiz. Kahvaltı salonunda çalışan iki bayandan hiç memnun kalmadık. Kaba ve çok gürültüler. Müşteriler orada kahvaltı ederken onlar sanki kendi evlerindeymiş gibi kendi aralarında yüksek sesle konuşup gülüyorlar. Şarkı bile söylediler. Tabak çanakları da çatır catır vuruyorlar. Kahvaltı ve ortam çok keyifli olmasına rağmen onların sesindwn ve çıkardıkları tabak çanak sesinden orada oturamadık hızlıca yiyip kalkmak zorunda kaldık. Servis yapan bayanların kalitesi ve tarzın Otelin geri kalan çalışanlarındaki profesyonel ve özenli tutuma hiç uymuyor. Bunu otele de ilettik. Bu konuyla ilgilenilmesi gerektiğini düşünüyoruz.

Pros:

We stay here every time we visit Lisbon. It was a wonderful! We love the women at the front desk! They are lovely and always willing to help make our stay an exceptional experience! Thank you again to all the staff!

Pros:

Location is perfect, close to main important areas in Lisbon. Close to rossio station. I liked how it it a unique hotel as for the design.

Cons:

It was a little bit dark in the rooms because of the black color used for the walls.
