konumu iyi, kahvaltısı zayıf, çalışanlar yardımsever, odalar temiz, yatak rahat.
Pros:

Öncelikle konumu çok iyi. Metro ve tramvay hattı hemen önünde. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi özellikle resepsiyondakiler. Oda geniş ve ferahtı. Yataklar çok rahat. Farklı bir tasarımı var, emek verilmiş. Pencereden dışarıyı izlemek çok keyifli. Cumartesi pazar karşı meydanda pazar kuruluyor bu arada:)

Cons:

Kahvaltı biraz zayıf, unlu mamüller sıcak olabilirdi. Ayrıca peynir lezzetsizdi ve de 2 çeşitti. (Hakkını yemeyelim meyveler taze ve lezzetliydi.)Biraz kahvaltı bölümünde hijyen sorunu vardı, özellikle tabak, bardak vs lekeli/kirliydi.

The best location to stay in Lisbon
Pros:

Excellent location in the heart of Lisbon. Rossio Metro Station is only a two-minute walk away, making travel to and from the airport very straightforward with just one change. Many of the city's top attractions, such as Rua Augusta, Alfama, and the waterfront, are easily reachable on foot.
Cais do Sodré station is also within walking distance (around 20 minutes) and offers direct train services to Belém and Cascais. Plenty restaurants and cafes nearby.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would happily choose this location again on my next visit to Lisbon.

Cons:

Nothing although light sleepers might need ear plugs at night as you can hear trams passing early morning.

Wonderful stay in the heart of Lisbon – excellent guest recognition

I had another fantastic stay at Figueira Hotel Lisbon and, as a returning guest, I was especially impressed by the thoughtful guest recognition. They even gave me the same room I stayed in last year, which was such a lovely personal touch.

The room was beautiful, with a wonderful balcony overlooking the square. The decoration is stylish and elegant, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the pillows were perfect. The room was also spotlessly clean throughout, and a special thank you to the wonderful housekeeping ladies for their excellent work and attention to detail.

The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and quality. The hotel’s central location is fantastic, right in the heart of Lisbon and ideal for exploring the city.

A special thank you to Elvis at check-in for the warm welcome and to Paulo at the bar for his excellent service. Both made my stay even more enjoyable.

My only small suggestion would be to improve the lighting in the bathroom, as it could be a little brighter.

Overall, another wonderful experience. I would happily return again and highly recommend Figueira Hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, exceptionally clean hotel in a fantastic Lisbon location.

Frokosten var god, det var en generell avslappet atmosfære på hotellet. Plassert perfekt mitt i byen. Renholdet var meget godt, og renholderne var veldig service innstilt

Comfortabel hotel
Pros:

De locatie was goed.Het hotel ligt midden in het centrum. De kamer was modern en schoon. Ondanks de drukte van het centrum hebben wij geen geluidsoverlast ervaren. Het personeel van de receptie was behulpzaam en vriendelijk.

Cons:

Het ontbijt vonden wij wat tegenvallen. Er was beperkte keuze. De tafel plakten en het servies was niet schoon.

Het personeel in de ontbijtzaal kwam onvriendelijk over. We werden niet vriendelijk ontvangen en het personeel liep zichtbaar humeurig rond.

Tip: eet ontbijt buiten de deur er is genoeg op loopafstand.

In het hotel kun je gebruikmaken van de spa. Hier moet je voor betalen. Wij vonden het persoonlijk wat aan de prijzige kant.

Pros:

The location right in the square. The bed was comfy.

Cons:

Pillows were hard. Tv only had 1 British channel. Gym was small. We asked for milk but they said no as it would make a mess, so no cup of tea!

Un personnel sympathique et à l'écoute, que ce soit pour l'arrivée avec la chambre prête à midi, les renseignements tous les jours pour nos balades et informations sur les transports,les forfaits transports existants et les petits déjeuners. Le réceptionniste était toujours à l'écoute et n'hésitait pas à sortir de l'hôtel pour nous fournir des indications.
Les prestations sont de qualité. Un emplacement idéal pour les balades à pieds, 2 bouches de métro sur la place (ligne bleu et ligne verte), les tuctucs, les taxis, les arrêts des tramways, tous pour se déplacer facilement.
Nous avons passé un super séjour.
Les petits déjeuners sont bien, la literie agréable et la vue sur la place était super.
Nous y reviendrons, c'est sûr !
