Our room was very spacious and the location was quite good

Cons:

The staff on arrival were quite rude. We parked in one of the two hotel street carparks and went to walk in to check in and the staff stopped is quite abruptly to tell us this was for hotel guests only. Which we were. Quite obviously. They didn't ask us any questions just told us we couldn't be there.

We then checked in and we're given zero instruction on how to properly get to the underground carpark and how the payment system worked. We also weren't given any guidance on the strange pin code the elevator required

The wifi is also configured extremely badly and insecurely, whilst also being ridiculously slow. Max 10mbps

The majority of the switches are basically broken

The shower layout is very bad too. One shower basically floods the bathroom and shelves

It was Ok
Pros:

Location was great and the room was of an Ok size - pretty much a standard city hotel room, not the deluxe room i would have expected

Cons:

The room was Ok, toliet roll holder was broken and the shower leaked into the rest of the bathroom, the staff who checked us in were Ok, but said the room wasn't ready and then said for us to come back in half an hour and then changed thier minds, I am not sure the hotel was full, they could of given us another room

Great location, quirky hotel throughout. Breakfast was good had option of sitting outside too. Wish we had stayed in thus location earlier in the week.

Bin lorries at 1am, but this happens all over city centre

A great choice for a stay in the heart of Lisbon

Great location and a helpful staff.
Pros:

The design is very interesting and modern. Plant- based, I guess you could say! Browns and greens everywhere. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The lighting in the room was quite dim. I imagine it is part of the design but overall it felt dark and overbearing. The bathroom leaked water no matter what one does since it was a hand-held shower. Great to have a bidet, though.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and appreciated the team’s dedication to guest satisfaction.
Pros:

The location was absolutely perfect—very central and within easy walking distance of many attractions.
The breakfast was good, with a nice selection to start the day.
The rooms were quite dark, but that is part of the hotel’s design style and atmosphere.
We had a few suggestions regarding our room, and we had the opportunity to meet Filipa, who was wonderful. She took the time to listen to our feedback, and some of our suggestions were implemented immediately, which was greatly appreciated.
All the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any questions.
We also received a very warm welcome from Vitória (apologies if I’ve misspelled her name), who was always kind, professional, and eager to assist throughout our stay.

Cons:

There was nothing we disliked about our stay. Any concerns or requests we had were taken into consideration promptly, and the team did their best to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Small room. Broken toilet. Blocked drain.
Requested a transfer to airport and despite repeated staff assurances that it would be ok, transfer was unable to occur due to festivities in city. We were left stranded and walking through the city at 2 am trying to find an Uber.

Pros:

L’emplacement est parfait. Hyper centre et au pied du métro.
Le salon de massage, un vrai bonheur.

Cons:

Good location but the staff and food were a letdown.

Great location within walking distance to transport and restaurants.

Cons:

The breakfast was awful. Very limited buffet and stone cold at 7.35am with fermented orange juice. The attitude of the restaurant staff was appalling and the rudest I have ever seen experienced. I ended up requesting a refund for the pre paid breakfast as we had to buy it elsewhere.
The rooms are large but very dark which is fine for the main room, but the lighting in the bathroom is moody rather than functional.
