Poți fi turist în Lisabona, chiar dacă plouă aproape continuu
Pros:

Amplasarea hotelului foarte bună (Praça da Figueira), aproape de stații de metrou, bus și tramvai, respectiv de atracții turistice (orașul vechi - grozav de frumos). Camera mare și luminoasă, curățenie zilnică. Staff dedicat, foarte amabil și prompt. Mic dejun excelent (aș da nota 10 pentru breakfast), cu produse diverse, toate foarte bune și proaspete. Multumim pentru tot, ne-am simțit excelent, în ciuda ploii aproape continue! Gabriela

Cons:

Ce nu ne-a plăcut nu are legătură cu hotelul: vremea ploioasă. Dar uneori nu poți schimba perioada sejurului, din motive personale - deci te adaptezi: noi ne-am cumpărat mocasini pentru ploaie și pelerine. Umbrelele n-au fost tocmai utile, din cauza vântului.

Nos gustó mucho el desayuno así como la atencion de algunos de los funcionarios como Bruno, Alexis y Jacinta, todos del turno de la noche que nos han resuelto todos los problemas. La ubicación es excelente también. La vista de nuestra habitación frente a la plaza estuvo fenomenal. Bellísima vista del 4 piso.

Cons:

No nos gusto la oscuridad de la habitación, la oscuridad de todo el hotel. Las paredes son grises oscuras, hay pocas lamparas en la habitación eso genera un malestar. Aunque haya cosas que nos gustó, no volveriamos por la oscuridad de la habitación, de los pasillos, del restaurante. La decoración interior no refleja la belleza y la sobriedad de Lisboa y del edificio en sí. Cuando ingresas al hotel dejas la belleza de Lisboa para ingresar en algo tosco, mal hecho y principalmente OSCURO, sin iluminación.

Horarios del Restaurant, llegamos 21.20 y nos dijeron cerrados, siendo huéspedes del hotel y un día de lluvia. Cuando el horario de cierre era 22.30

Was given a room that had closet smelling like dead rat. Maintenance showed up and sprayed something, even maintenance guy was surprised of the foul smell. The room was stuffy smelling like there is mold in that room we could not breathe to top it all the a/c /heater was not working, we did not sleep the first night as there was no air circulation at all in that room. We could not open windows as it was raining hard the whole night. Room was 504. It sounded like they were aware of the problem prior to our stay but still gave us that room.

La ubicación del hotel era buena para poder acercarse a la zona más céntrica.
El desayuno buffet era abundante y variado.
El personal de recepción fue amable al sugerirnos algunos lugares para comer.

Cons:

En la habitación hacía mucho frío con lo que no resultaba demasiado confortable.
La cama era muy incómoda porque la persona que dormía al lado de la ventana tenía que atravesar una hilera de madera para llegar a su sitio.
El día 29 de enero no arreglaron nuestra habitación.

Pros:

L'emplacement est vraiment dans le centre historique a un pas de la rue piétonne qui descend à la place du comnerce et proche de l'ascenseur les vieux trames passe devant l'hôtel. C'est un petit hotel. La literie est très confortable.

Cons:

Pas moyen de ventiler la salle de bain après une douche toutes les parois en miroir ou en verre sont embuées. Notre champre premium n'avait pas de douche à l'italienne contrairement a ce qui n'a été confirmé lors de la reservation. La climatisation et ou chauffage ne fonctionnait pas et après 2 jours d'attente elle a fonctionné mais aucun moyen de réglé la température ou la vitesse. Le système était trop chaud et trop fort. Nous n'avons aussi rien dit a la reception. Il n'y a pas non 0lus de lampe de lecture. Si un des 2 occupant souhaite lire. Il a le choix sout allumer tous les spots au- dessus de la tete ce qui est équivalent a un interrogatoire de l'époque ou de lire aux toilettes.
