Проживанием довольный, цена и качество отправданы
Pros:

Здравствуйте, примерно неделю назад вернулись из этого отеля, останавливались на сутки перед круизом и на 2 суток после круиза. Выбирали этот отель из-за близости к Галатапорту, кто едет в круиз -отель очень удобен , перед отелем набережная, крупный торговый центр с кафе и ресторанами. Понравился завтрак, вкусно и сытно. И что особо приятно и удобно в отеле администратором работает русско-говорящая девушка Турдугуль. Она решала все наши вопросы быстро и оперативно, вызвала такси до аэропорта, была вежлива и приветлива! Отель рекомендуем!

VISTAS ESTUPENDAS DE LA CIUDAD
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, lo elegí principalmente por eso. el desayuno correcto, la fruta buena, las verduras buenas, el pan correcto, los zumos muy malos, el café malo. se trataba de una familiar con dos habitaciones ambas muy amplias y cómodas en general. el problema es que en la habitación de los niños no funcionaba el aire acondicionado.
Tienen una estupenda terraza con cafetería y restaurante para cenar o comer con estupendas vistas al estrecho y a la ciudad.
el personal muy amable y acogedor, especialmente la camarera de la terraza y también algunas personas de la recepción. siempre que les pedimos algo intentaron ayudarnos y orientarnos o nos dieron una alternativa.

Cons:

el aire acondicionado no funcionaba en la habitación de los niños. cuando lo dijimos nos ofrecieron otra habitación y nos indicaron que no volverían a darla a ningún cliente hasta que no estuviera arreglado.

Die Lage in der Nähe von Galataport ist einfach hervorragend, direkt gegenüber hat man eine tolle Aussicht auf das Einkaufszentrum. Wir haben uns sehr darüber gefreut, dass uns das Team an der Rezeption beim Check-in so behilflich war. Außerdem haben wir ein kostenloses Zimmer Upgrade erhalten ein großes Dankeschön an Herrn Sadık dafür!

The stuff is very helpfull and welcoming specially Mr Sadeq. They were always happy to help. The locantion is super good just cross the street to galat port. 5min away from tophane tram station. The room was spacious with beautiful view of the galataport mall. The room surface food was very good and prices were so acceptable. Definitely will come again inshala

Only to provide better Iron machines. 😅 and if they provide more toiletries more than the shampoo definitely will be a 5 star hotel
