الفندق نظيف وموقعه جيد، مقابل مول غلاطة بورت، بالقرب من الفندق سوبر ماركت متكاملة، الفندق يقع بين محطتي المترو توباني وفندكلي 5 دقايق مشيا بالاقدام إلى أي من المحطتين . الطاقم جيد ومتعاون .

نصيحة عامة بعيد عن تقييم الفندق تركيا بلد جميل ولكن ضربته موجة غلاء مرعبة وعنيفة من نوعها فعلى كل من ينوي السفر التفكير مرارا وحساب ميزانيته بشكل جيد 👍

We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff were lovely
Pros:

The staff were excellent, helpful, personable, absolutely great.
The hotel suited our needs very well.
The room was spacious and comfortable. The shower was very good. A rare thing.

Cons:

The hotel could do with a little maintenance. Our big glass window/door on the street side did not close properly so let in street noise. Some of the decor needed a refresh.
The hotel said it had an à la carte restaurant. It is a buffet dinner, definitely not à la carte.
The hotel is, for us older people, a 10 minute walk to the tram stop. That is ok but one of the reasons I booked it is because they said the tram stop was right outside.

Great location and staff and cozy rooms
Pros:

Excellent location by the sea and opposite a magnificent shopping mall with lots of restaurants. Great staff. Baykal and Serdar were particularly helpful and attentive.

Cons:

Everything was great.

Sehr Enttäuscht

Nur Zimmer größe

Leider war unser Aufenthalt im Nidya Hotel beim Galataport insgesamt sehr enttäuschend.
Der einzige positive Punkt war die Größe des Zimmers, die wirklich angenehm war. Alles andere konnte jedoch nicht überzeugen.

Der Straßenlärm war extrem stark. Es hat sich angefühlt, als wäre das Fenster offen, obwohl es geschlossen war. Dadurch sind wir nachts mehrfach aufgewacht, wirkliche Erholung war kaum möglich.

Zusätzlich war das Zimmer sehr kalt, obwohl die Klimaanlage eingeschaltet war. Wir haben die Rezeption kontaktiert und uns wurde ein Techniker angekündigt, jedoch ist niemand gekommen. Insgesamt hatten wir das Gefühl, mit unseren Anliegen nicht ernst genommen zu werden.

Auch der Fernseher war teilweise defekt: Der Bildschirm war halb schwarz, halb bunt und somit nicht nutzbar. Zudem war der Duschkopf in der Dusche kaputt.

Weitere Mängel:
• Wir waren zu dritt, im Zimmer befanden sich jedoch nur zwei Handtücher
• Die Minibar war komplett leer

Insgesamt war der Service sehr unzuverlässig. Für den Preis und die Lage hätten wir deutlich mehr erwartet. Leider können wir dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.
