Has potential to become the best.
Pros:

2 Lovely pools. Excellent location. Friendly staff. Reachable directly over whats up. great room view. Big room with refrigerator. Huge mattress.

Cons:

Needs renovation. Very old and used mattress. Better cleaning - not just superficial. Bathroom roof gets water in when it rains. Dont put the dirty pillows over the clean ones. Provide different sizes of pillows. More power outlets to use devices. Have the working desk inside the room and not the bathroom. Breakfast quality needs improvement. More water bottles in the room.

Pros:

J’ai beaucoup apprécié l’emplacement, proche du centre et suffisamment à l’écart pour être dans une bulle de silence ! Les deux piscines sont top. Évidement mention spécial pour la villa joglo qui donne sur la piscine et la jungle. Vue splendide !

Our stay at Pertiwi Bisma 1 had a small issue at the start, but overall it was a pleasant experience in a beautiful sett
Pros:

When we arrived, the room we had originally booked was unavailable due to maintenance works. Unfortunately, we were placed in a lower-category room without being informed. If I hadn’t noticed this the next day and addressed it, we would have stayed in a room below the one we had paid for. After mentioning it, the staff handled the situation well — we received an upgrade and a complimentary lunch as compensation, which we truly appreciated.

What truly makes this hotel special is its incredible location. It feels like a green paradise in the middle of the city — lush, peaceful, and tucked away in a very lovely street, yet still close to everything. The atmosphere is calm and surrounded by nature, which makes it very unique.

During our stay, there was a power outage across Bali, but the hotel still had electricity, which was a big plus. Despite heavy rain, the staff kindly brought our food all the way down to our room — climbing many stairs — which showed great dedication and service.

So although the stay didn’t start perfectly, we truly appreciated how the situation was resolved and the kindness of the staff. The beautiful setting and fantastic location definitely make it a special place to stay.

A great place to stay in Ubud!
Pros:

The location was great, you can walk to many great restaurants and even the Monkey Forest. Set in a jungle like environment, the pools were tranquil and staff were very accommodating and friendly.

Pros:

Cudovita nastavitev. Sprva sva izbrala kasicno sobo, vendar ko sva videla njihove vile, sva zaprosila za selitev, saj so vec kot odlicne 🫠. Izredno velike z ogromno teraso.
Osebje je bilo zelo prijazno.
Celotna nastanitev je oddaljena nekaj korakov od glavne ceste z pogledom na “gozd”, kar pomeni da hrupa ni slisati, le slap kateri je v gozdu pred bazenom.
Celotna nastanitev ima 2 locena bazena, katera sta zelo cista, prav tako strezejo hrano in pijaco ob bazenu 😊.

Cons:

Naju ni motilo, ampak samo kot opomnik.
Ce izberete vile za bivanje so te malo odmanjene navzdol po kar nekaj stopnicah. Stopnice so ogromne in tudi ponoci osvetljene, tako da ni problem. Problem je lahko samo za tiste kateri ne marate stopnic, saj jih je do najine vile, katera je bila tik ob spodnjem bazenu bilo 111😊🫣. Splaca se jih prehodit.

The stairs were a problem for my husband. Going down to our room was ok but going up to the reception area or the pool was tiring

definitely quite place to stay surrounding by nature
Pros:

the two pools availability the quietness the nature jungle vibes spacious room with bathtub strong water flow and water heater supply were smooth

Cons:

bathroom can be updated a bit, expensive breakfast small portion ( 150k + tax almost 200k ) - secluded quite a walking distance to main road Jalan raya Ubud
