Pros:

The family suite was very spacious with plenty of bed options. The view and location were great and central.

Cons:

Unfortunately the family suite was on the bottom floor and there is no elevator so lugging all the baby equipment down and up wasn't ideal. Some of the renovations that were done were coming apart (loose floor tiles, caulking peeling/missing, bedroom door did not stay closed)

All in all l enjoyed my stay. Location was good and my room quiet from traffic but walls are thin.
Pros:

Breakfast good variety.

Cons:

Would have been nice for some kind of plates to use. Most people bring snacks.

Very poor experience, absolutely do not recommend
Pros:

Staff was dishonest, I was charged for 2 rooms and did not use 2 rooms. Staff told different stories, refused to return my calls and never issued the refund they told me that they would.

Pros:

We stayed at this hotel on the way to and from Edmonton. Room was clean and the bed comfortable. Staff was friendly. We didn't stay for breakfast but it was with the room.

Room 108 features a leak in the bathroom wall with mould in the wall and standing water on the floor, the security latch has been torn off the door. Breakfast included two empty containers marked “coffee.”
