Pros:

It was a dive. Many windows were boarded up and I had to wait on five guys buying beer at the front desk before I could check in.

Cons:

Had to go buy a fan right off the bat because the ac didn't cool very well. Folks having beer can, bottles and containers everywhere. The one that gets me the most is standing outside smoking pot, then when their door opens even more smell comes boiling out.

Lousy, no sleep, the place echoes every minor sound and there were loud sounds ALL night long!!
Pros:

The breakfast was ok.

Cons:

Everything else. The place was dirty, loud and extremely uncomfortable. NO HOT WATER!!!!

Cons:

No hot water and no ac. Only good thing is they told me before checking in. Said they couldn’t cancel the reservation. Wouldn’t even write a note stating that I was not staying there because of their problems. All they said is they were not going to bill the booking agent

Location and Price with pets was exceptional
The staff was Very friendly
Beds were comfy

Cons:

But the only downside was either being remodeled or it hasn't been up kept in a long while.
AC feels like it needs to be serviced
On our last hours we found a semi-dead roach

No frills but friendly, clean spacious, secure, and value with breakfast. Affordable, friendly, quiet.

Cons:

Older but clean. It's not fancy, I dont like fancy when all I need is clean, secure, sleeping.
