Pros:

Very warm reception. Located a few minutes walk to the river where the casino boats are. Serves fantastic breakfast with a wide variety of choices. In-house restaurant was as good. Taxis available at the doorstep too.
However the wifi was a bit erratic

Pros:

Location is central , Hotel staff pleasing & helpful. Service is excellent & back office staff very helpfull . Rooms interior is good.
The mattress comfort needs to be changed , infect they needs to be replaced with better one. Food is good

Pros:

First the Staff. Super friendly, helpful and easy going. Kudos to all of you from front reception to housekeeping to Breakfast Buffet staff.

Food at breakfast was very good. Location excellent.

Hotel bem confortável e bem localizado em Panjim. Quarto bem grande e banheiro ótimo. Equipe da recepção atenciosa. Localizado próximo de restaurantes e bem no centro. Café da manhã bom no restaurante do hotel e wifi funcionou bem.

Location was central. Close to Panjim city.
Pros:

The hotel staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I stayed for 4 nights and they were able to organize a rental for my husband and I. The breakfast was superb. great tasty selection and always fresh.

Pros:

The hotel said they do not have a reservation for us, in spite of showing a confirmation no. Eventually, a room was offered, saying there had been some cancellation.
The room offered to us had an issue with the drainage in the tub, therefore we were asked to bathe outside the tub using the bucket. The roof of the bathroom looked dilapidated.

The location is a positive.

Ok stay but not the greatest.
Pros:

We booked for four nights around New Years Eve. The price of the stay was a way over the top for its value.
Good location. The lobby and restaurant look nice but the hallways on other floors look crapy and even a bit scary! It needs to be renovated urgently!
We found 2 cocroaches in our bedroom... And there was probably more hidding.
The breakfast is complementary and quite good.
