The location is great white sand beach and nearby kota beach.great for swimming. The property is extremely well maintained and staff are great

Good beach and close to Kota Beach sandbar. However, facility needs renovation with no hot water and toilet was leaking in the bathroom. Breakfast is just ok.
The staff is so incredibly friendly and helpful. Location is amazing and the beaches are the best around the corner! Security is amazing too. Love it here

We had a beachfront room with balcony. Room is clean although the bathroom has sewer smell once in a while and some fixtures needs replacement as getting old and rusty. Staff is very friendly. Buffet breakfast is just ok. The location is close to many restaurants but still the area feels private and quiet. The beach is very nice and feels private.
I honestly wasn't expecting much from the property since it was still available while the other lodging places in the area were sold out. All I can say is that I am very impressed with everything, from service, to how everything looked, food was also great. They also offer pick up and drop off service which was a huge plus. I will come back and I highly recommend this place! 5/5!

My husband and I came here for our honeymoon, and it was all around wonderful. The workers were attentive, helpful, and nice. It is right on Kota Beach and MJ square. The cocktails were amazing. I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you Marlins Resort!!

The menu is limited- I stayed for 7nts, the breakfast menu did not change. I recommend variety on the menu.
The ramp railing to go down the beach gets very hot, I slipped and fell because the railing was extremely hot.
I recommend wrapping the railing with something to prevent it from getting very hot.,

It's a wonderful resort! The only complaint we have is that the AC wasn't working on the last night of our stay.
My room was on the street side. The construction and vehicle noise started at 6:30 am.
