Pros:

Die Lage ist gut. Alle Balkone gehen Richtung Hafen, so dass man einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Nachbarinsel hat.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Großes Zimmer.

Cons:

Bett war steinhart. Das Zimmer insgesamt ist sehr sporadisch und nicht besonders einladend.

good for budget travelers
Pros:

Great view of the port and Pico volcano! Nice and helpful staff.

Cons:

It's very noisy. There's poor soundproofing between rooms. Everything is very old. I couldn't rest at lunchtime because there was constant pounding and banging.

Boa localização. Sala com a maravilhosa vista para a ilha do Pico. Funcionários simpáticos.

Cons:

O nosso quarto era virado para a ilha do Pico, mas tinha uma árvore grande em frente, dentro do espaço exterior que pertence ao hotel, que impedia a vista.

Tiny house with a view and a hot tub
Pros:

I love my tiny house, the view and the hot tub. Staff were very helpful and the property is very clean. Unfortunately, the weather was not very kind to me at the end of my stay, but at least I managed to go horse riding -see turispico which I recommend and stayed dry for one hour!

Cons:

Be aware the approach is very steep and you can’t turn right into the driveway, you need to turn left into the approach. I was glad I hired an automatic car even though I’m used to a manual.

Stay here for the view!
Pros:

The view is magnificent!
Good breakfast.
Very helpful evening receptionist (from Pico)
I liked the toiletries- good to have body lotion!

Cons:

The hairdryer is terrible.
Door to balcony difficult to open (couldn’t open at all on last morning). Room 406
Room has everything you need but could do with refurbishing as dated.

Pros:

La habitación era grande y las camas super cómodas. El lavabo estaba muy bien también. El desayuno, sin ser nada del otro mundo estaba bastante bien.
