Pros:

The Seaview with a little balcony was beautiful. Great view of Mt. Pico . The location was good , short walk to down town .Staff very nice

Endroit idéal au calme de la ville et très proche malgré tout.
Pros:

L’emplacement d’où la vue sur la ville est magnifique.
La piscine ainsi que les transats et les parasols à disposition.
La réception ouverte 24/24.
Le parking privé.

O hotel tem uma vista excecional para a Horta, Madalena e Pico. O quarto tinha excelentes condições e o pequeno-almoço era muito bom.

Pros:

Kamer had een balkom met prachtig uitzicht. Niet alle kamers zijn misschien zo gunstig gelegen maar 412 zeker wel. Prima ontbijt en fijn zwembad. Vriendelijk personeel. Eigenlijk gewoon prima verblijf.

Établissement un peu vieillot. Le personnel n’est pas du tout à l’écoute des clients. Je réclame depuis 15 jours une facture et n’obtient aucune réponse…

Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bester ausblick. Reichhaltiges Frühstück mit viel auswahl. Kaffee ok. Sauber.
Aber ganz besonders dieser Ausblick! Ich bin einen ganzen Tag im Zimmer geblieben, weil ich den Ausblick so toll fand.
