今回ぎ初めてでしたが、今後も利用したい。
Pros:

ロビーが明るくコンパクトで全体が見渡せ、配置が分かりやすい。フロント脇に無料のドリンクがあること。

朝食が定食タイプで和洋を選ぶスタイル。
自分で選ぶ楽しみはないのかもしてませんが、歩き回らないので楽です。

コスパがいいこと。

朝食が美味しい！
Pros:

朝食が素晴らしかったです。
フロントの人や掃除の人も心からの対応をいただき、気持ちよかったです。
また、建物の設計がシンプルながら豪華で、少し高級な感じがしました。

Cons:

最近のホテルと比べて、浴室などの設備が古びて見えます。
ホテルの周りは飲食店はまばらで、夕食を摂れる場所は限られています。

子の大学入試で利用。時期的には良心的な値段で、美味しい朝食もありよかったです。
Pros:

繁華街や地下鉄の駅にも近い。アクセスがいいです。

Cons:

シャワーカーテンがカビてたり、ちょいちょい不衛生なところがありました。古いから仕方がないところもあるのかもしれませんが、もう少し掃除は丁寧にやってもいいかも。

コスパ良く泊まれたので良かったです。
Pros:

仙台駅からは少し離れてますが、アーケード街を通りながら向かえるので、徒歩もあまり苦になりません。仙台駅より近くに地下鉄の駅もあり、一駅で行けるので地下鉄で移動もできます。
最初セミダブルに2人で予約してましたが、後から1人増えてシングル1部屋追加したんですが、同じフロアで通路挟んで向かいのお部屋にしていただきました。ご配慮うれしかったです。

Pros:

従業員がの応対がさっぱりしている。
朝食の和食が美味しくバランス良く充実していた。風呂のユニットが新しくて良かった。

Cons:

ホテルホウムページの地図は分かりにくくて
ホテルに行くまでに苦労した。当方８０歳越えの老夫婦で携帯ナビ等使えない。もっとわかりやすく載せてほしい。

やはり禁煙で予約するべきと思うほどの喫煙部屋でした
Pros:

セミダブルルームを2人で利用しましたがお部屋が広く、ペットボトルのお水もついてて良かったです

Cons:

ベットが昔のタイプなのか1人が動くとベットのスプリング音がかなりして眠れない時もありました
また本当は禁煙部屋希望でしたが喫煙部屋しか予約が取れませんでしたが、かなり煙草臭く、空気清浄機もありましたが匂いに関してあまり意味がなく感じました

Pros:

高所恐怖症なのに、事前連絡をしなかったにも関わらず急遽部屋の階を下に変更して頂きました。
朝食は1泊目を洋食、2泊目を和食にしたが、どちらも美味しかったです。
バイキングだと食べすぎるので、量も丁度良かったです。
