Was clean, however slides weren’t working during our stay. My child was a little bummed as that is why we booked this hotel.
Slide not open.
Nothing. Room not ready... had contacted about arriving 12 hours early on SAME DAY as check in. And room paid for not ready. Got less expensive room and got told at check out it was 5 DOLLARS less and I got a day "for free" because of early arrival. Water slides worked for 1 day the whole week we were there and were never made aware they were broken as that was half reason I booked it. Asst manager speaks to people with idiotic disdain as well. HORRIBLE frankly .

Pool was good. Breakfast was delicious
I have not received an invoice. The pull out couch mattress was not in very good shape and was stained.

The front desk kind was pretty rude when we arrived late for check in. One of the beds had blood on the blanket which we did not notice until the following morning, the curtains had holes in them, housekeeping did not inform us it was them 2 to 3 times, letting themselves in not checking to see if we were still in the room. Thankfully I had the door lock on.
Unfortunately, we were unable to stay at the property because the room assigned to us was extremely dirty. The receptionist acknowledged the condition of the room
The room was extremely dirty and in unacceptable condition. We arrived at the hotel at approximately 11:45 p.m., and the receptionist instructed us to make the reservation online. While standing at the front desk, I booked a room with two queen beds and a sofa bed at 12:09 a.m. After completing the reservation, I was informed that the room I had booked would not accommodate my family and that I would need to pay extra to upgrade to a larger room, which I did.
After checking into the upgraded room, we discovered that it was unclean. The air conditioner was not working, the refrigerator was not working, and the thermostat screen was smashed, making it impossible to properly control the room temperature. When we requested a different room, the manager refused and told us that because we had booked that room, they could not move us. We were told our only options were to stay in the room or leave the hotel.
This was extremely disappointing and unprofessional, especially since the receptionist also acknowledged the condition of the room. After driving for nearly 14 hours with our family and paying an additional $256 for the room upgrade, we had no choice but to leave the hotel and find another place to stay.
I liked the location and the facility to accommodate pets.
They didn't have waste bags for dogs but expected you to clean up after your dog. The garbage to dispose of the animal droppings was full the first day. There were also 2 dogs, that were listed as viscous dogs on the paper we had to sign to say we did not have staying with us, staying down the hall from us.
I was very upset with the staff regarding not allowing my grandchildren to swim. I had a suite that could accommodate up to 6 people but since I didn't have children listed on it, he was going to make me pay $10 per child to swim in the pool. We only had 2 people in a room that could accommodate 6 people and yet my grandkids that were visiting us couldn't swim for a few hours in the pool (there were only about 8 other people in it, so it wasn't crowded). He basically said that they needed wrist bands but an adult didn't. Therefore an adult off the street could go swimming. I was very disappointed in my stay due to this. We stayed there last year and it wasn't a problem.
Great location, the rooms were nice- a very clean hotel. The breakfast was so good. Loved the coffee bar. The pool and slides were exceptional. Appreciate that they accommodate pets!
Location was good.
The room was a little expensive.
And could have been updated alittle. More fruit for breakfast would be nice
Not very much.
Access to WiFi was clumsy. It required watching a sales pitch for product we didn’t want.
The room was clean, clean linens daily, pool area was great
Nothing
Friendliness of staff…
