Not being able to enjoy in lounge with out purchasing a item before using the machines ir pull tabs as machines weren’t available .
Great location.
The strong smell of chlorine. Also the room wasn’t clean enough. Strands of hair on the bed, in the shower and counter. Bed sheets were stained pretty bad. And also soap was used in the restroom before we got there. Fridge also had a strange smell.
Good breakfast. Large room. Comfortable bed.
The manager was very rude and provided false information on multiple occasions that ended up disrupting our stay.
The peace and quiet
The staff were rude when we asked them a question. The pool needed to be clean all you seen at the top of it was a nasty looking film and then when you get in you can see dirt at the bottom.
The staff were great!
A family member ( my dad) stopped @ the desk to ask what room we were in. They would not tell him and wouldn’t even let him use the phone to call me.
The kids enjoy the waterslides.
The desk clerk was pretty rude when checking in and incompetent. They actually called my cell phone at 10:30 pm asking if I’d be checking in tonight. I said, “well I’m already sleeping in my room.” They always have biscuits and graveyard which are not the best. The kitchen staff was working overtime with all the people. They did great.
We have stayed at this hotel several times and love it - the location- the waterslides- the room size, sadly this trip was sub par.
Our room was not very clean- told front desk, said they tell manager, nothing done, the wifi was down 2 nites advised front desk they said was don and let us know when back up, never did- when from another country free wifi is a must. Was no hot water to shower one nite I called front desk said look into it never heard back- ALOT of No communication here.
