Vontade de ficar mais dias e certeza de voltar em breve.

Tudo impecável, a estrutura, a organização, a limpeza, ambiente confortável e aconchegante, os funcionários extremamente educados e atenciosos, o café da manhã incrível, com muita variedade, tudo muito saboroso.

Gostamos de absolutamente tudo!

Fomos muito bem recepcionados por todos desde a chegada até o momento do check out ; em destaque o colaborador Renato. Todos cordias e prestativos ! Limpeza nota 10 , café da manhã excelente e o hotel ainda oferece de cortesia um pequeno chá da tarde e chocolate quente delicioso na parte na tarde.

Da localização, atendimento e café da manhã.

Cons:

Do fato de existir a cobrança de uma taxa de 10% sobre o valor da estadia. Embora, opcional. Ficamos desconfortáveis em saber da taxa extra no dia, pois já aviamos realizamos o pagamento todo antecipado da reserva.

EXCELENTE OPÇÃO PRÓXIMO AO CENTRO DE GRAMADO
Pros:

Excelente hotel, próximo ao centrinho de Gramado, andando não dava nem 10 minutos.
Cama enormeeee e muito confortável!
Café da manhã incrível, com muitas opções e reposição frequente.
Equipe da recepção sempre simpática e disponível para ajudar.
Destaque para a Ellen, uma querida e atenciosa com crianças.
Indicaria pra quem fosse a Gramado e voltaria a me hospedar no local.

Pros:

Muy lindo hotel, habitación cómoda. Tiene un lugar con jarra eléctrica, microondas, dispensador de hielo, heladera, mesa y sillas.
Hay estación de té y café o chocolate en la entrada con algo para picar!!
Desayuno muy bueno, con comida para celiacos. Muy buena atención en todas partes
