Pros:

O hotel é próximo de tudo, o café da manhã maravilhoso, funcionários atenciosos, na chega um mimo com um cartao de boas vindas, muito legal, hotel limpo e a decoração muito bonita.

Cons:

Do cheiro de fumaça, juntaram duas camas de solteiro, porém ficou perceptível e gerou um leve desconforto para um casal dormi abraçado, não tinha ferro no quarto. Mas tinha um lugar para passar roupa, porém desconfortável.

Lugar com gostinho de visita a família
Pros:

Tudo. Lá é lindo e aconchegante. Os funcionários são mujto receptivos, parece que a gente visitando aquela tia e primos distante. O local tem “cheirinho” de família. O café é ótimo e a localização tb. Não é no miolo do agito mas perto o suficiente para fazer tudo a pé. 5 minutinhos já estávamos na rua coberta.

Pros:

A acomodação no Hotel Fioreze Origem foi maravilhosa! Chegamos e já fomos recebidos com muito cuidado e gentileza pelo manobrista. Em seguida, fomos extremamente bem atendidos pela Ellen na recepção, que nos deu informações sobre o hotel. Renato nos acompanhou pelas dependências do hotel, oferecendo um tour e dando informações adicionais. O quarto era limpo, aconchegante, bonito, confortável, enfim, tudo de que precisávamos para curtir um fim de semana de muito relaxamento! A piscina do hotel é coberta, grande e aquecida (tb há sauna, mas não usamos). O café da manhã é maravilhoso, com muitas opções (destacamos o iogurte de amora que estava uma delícia e as tortas cuidadosamente preparadas), inclusive para quem tem restrições alimentares. Por fim, a localização do Origem é o diferencial, pois é muito próximo dos principais pontos de Gramado, sendo possível caminhar até alguns deles em pouco tempo. Caso visitemos Gramado novamente, com certeza o Hotel Fioreze Origem será nossa opção de estadia!

Cons:

Só temos pontos positivos a mencionar, mas uma sugestão seria promover parcerias com descontos em restaurantes, como fondue, café colonial, lojas de chocolate e souvenirs.
