Lokalita, izba a wellness.
Výber jedla na večeru bol už priemernejší ako kedysi.
Páčil sa nám wellness, bazén a vyrivka, lokalita bola tiež super, taktiež personál bol veľmi zlatý a ochotný.
Čo sa týka kuchyni, veľké sklamanie, na to že hotel má 4 hviezdičky a zaplatili sme za večeru 75€, tak na polievku sme čakali hodinu (v reštaurácii sa nenachádzalo toľko ľudí aby sme na polievku toľko čakali). Kačica s lokšami 0 bodov, preschnutá, stará a lokše na ktorých som skoro zlomila nožík a bažantie prsia taktiež 0 bodov. Ale chalani časníci to zachránili a vykompenzovali, na ktorých nemôžeme povedať krivé slovo.

The food in the restaurant is very good and enjoyable.
The spa is amazing in this hotel although when the hotel is full it’s very hard to find a space for relaxing.
There was no hot water in the evening. This is apparently due to too many people taking a shower at the same time. I’d expect for a 4 star hotel to have this sussed out.
The breakfast was quite poor, eggs, bacon, beans were all cold.
It feels the hotel is getting a little worn out.
The rooms are very hot too.

Not enough parking places outside plus you have to pay extra to stay in garage ! I don't think that customers who come for coffee, lunch or stroll in the woods should have the priority to park in spots outside they should be allocated for staying guests ! Another thing is the spa/ sauna - three days in a row someone who wore heavy perfume walked into a sauna and it was impossible to stay there afterwards plus smell of perspiration people who don't shower etc , people should be little bit more educated when entering those facilities and they should be checked bit more frequently .
