Nice facilities for long stays with kitchen area and washing machine. Quiet neighborhood. Affordable rates.

Cons:

Strange breakfast ( not Japanese nor continental, mostly savory, salad and guacamole or humus sandwiches? )
The staff at the restaurant was very slow and rude. There was not enough space for all to have breakfast in the restaurant area.

住宿體驗非常良好 地點稍微偏遠
Pros:

個人房空間很大 整個行李箱攤開在地上也不擋路XD
有洗＋烘衣機 一個半小時就好了很方便
公共空間很舒適 適合休息看書或辦公
服務人員都很友善 回覆速度也很快

Cons:

剛好遇到熱浪沒機會使用頂樓的空間
四樓廁所沒有空調非常熱
如果是夏天要走路去上野站車站還是有點辛苦

Hôtel exceptionnel
Pros:

Excellent séjour. Le personnel était prévenant et agréable en toutes circonstances : on nous a notamment aidé à remplir le bordereau de takkyubin pour transférer nos bagages vers notre hôtel suivant.

Les commodités de l'hôtel sont nombreuses, avec un lounge accessible en permanence et un restaurant de très bonne qualité. La pratique de la bière gratuite à un certain horaire le soir favorise la convivialité et nous a permis d'échanger avec des Japonais de passage.

La chambre était adaptée à nos besoins, correctement climatisée, et le frigo miniature était utile.

Le quartier est résidentiel et très calme, mais l'arrêt de métro Nezu sur la ligne Chiyoda à quelques minutes à pied permet de se rendre partout. Le parc d'Ueno est tout proche, et le quartier offre de nombreuses options pour se restaurer.

Clean and artsy.
Pros:

I loved the art and common areas. It had great amenities to use. I got a brush and mouth wash.

Cons:

Bunk beds are just noises and it’s not a mattress it’s more like a thick comforter which is not thick enough to side sleep.
