Pros:

The hotel is super clean and the staff is super kind. The cafe is also very nice and there are areas where to relax or work. Very nice location in a quiet area just a few minutes walking from Ueno park

Cons:

The materass was a bit uncomfortable but apart from that it's perfect!

I had fun! if there are no seasonal price surges i would always pick this place to stay in tokyo.
Pros:

big lounge and big locker. all perfect for my use! Most of the facilities is what i expected !

Cons:

laundry room is only open until 11pm

Well located, clean facilities, but the community showers and toilets not comfortable (for me)
Cons:

The community toilets and showers were okay in principle but they were pretty far away from my room and there weren't enough of them in my opinion. The walls of my actual room were not very soundproof either. I could hear the next room very easily.

とても清潔。スタッフの方も気さくながら過干渉してこない。

Cons:

強いて言うならば、上野駅から20分ほど歩くことがネック。しかし最寄りに千代田線根津駅があるので乗り換えれば主要駅に行ける。

Great location, helpful and friendly staff, and overall a beautiful hotel.
Pros:

Loved everything about the hotel! The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. All staff members are very friendly and helpful. Location was great too and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
