La ubicación. La naturaleza que lo rodea. El parking amplio. El desayuno.

Cons:

Habitación vieja. Cama vieja y muy dura. Y un perro que se paseaba por el lobby y se acostaba a dormir en el sofá en el cual se sientan los huéspedes. Pueden ser todo lo muy "pet friendly" que quieran pero también tener un límite. Ya nos habíamos hospedado hace 3 años y salimos muy satisfechos, por eso volvimos, pero esta vez no fue lo mismo.

El personal súper amable, las instalaciones super limpias , el desayuno muy variado y rico. Y esta en un punto excepcional!!!

Fui en diciembre, hacía mucho calor y para mi gusto las piscinas estaban muy calientes ...
Capas tendrían que estar un poquito menos calientes .
Pero nada más ,, estaban muy lindas y impecables !!

O Hotel é enorme, tem uma ampla área verde com trilha. Conta com uma piscina grande aquecida, o que torna o hotel ainda melhor. A vista do quarto é linda, várias árvores! O café da manhã começa cedo, o que favorece os passeios. O café é amplo e muito gosto. O espaço é ótimo. Ponto chave para as atendentes mulheres do hotel, queridas! Localização excelente!

Cons:

Alguns atendentes mais novos não foram tão receptivos. Faltou simpatia.
O quarto podia ter tomadas ao lado da cama, as tomadas são distantes e restritas.
Faltou música na piscina, uma música baixinha e ambiente faria toda diferença.

Hotel razoável. Já foi melhor.
Pros:

Cama confortável. Piscina com acessibilidade (degraus e corrimão). Ter salão de beleza e poltrona de massagem (paga). Amplo saguão aprazível. Restaurante bom, a la carte, com preços ok. Área verde muito bonita. Silêncio.

Cons:

Café da manhã sempre lotado e muita fila. Vc quase desiste de tomar café. O hotel recebe muitos grupos e excursões, então os quartos são bem usados, batidos, falta manutenção. Mobília antiga e mal cuidada. A cortina era um blackout com furos, limpeza mediana, banheiro com azulejos velhos e rejunte encardido. Já foi um ótimo hotel, mas hoje falta investimento. Tem potencial, pois a área é linda. Estacionamento é embaixo dos pinheiros. Se chover e cair um galho danifica o carro. O chuveiro estava estragado, chamei manutenção e arrumaram, mas ou ficava muito frio ou muito quente. Não peça andar alto pois não tem pressão de água.

Nós dois dias de café da manhã havia pão mofado no buffet..... Minha esposa tem intolerâncias e foi comer oque estava no buffet e por nossa surpresa, nós dois dias o pão estava mofado..... Avisamos no primeiro dia, poderia ser um equívoco, mas no segundo tia tudo se repetiu.... Os quartos estão todos manchados com um aspecto bem ruim, precisa urgente de pintura e revitalização....

Quarto estava imundo, além de mofado . Como o hotel estava cheio (31/12) tivemos que ficar nesse quarto. No outro dia trocamos de quarto mais ainda assim, limpeza ruim. Principalmente , perto da janela. Mas nesse novo quarto, sem mofo. A ceia (paga a parte) estava bonita e gostosa. O hotel tem um jardim e bosque muito bonito, mas precisa urgente de reforma.
