Gostei bastante do hotel! As camas são muito confortáveis, o quarto estava sempre limpo e houve troca de toalhas todos os dias. O café da manhã é excelente, com muitas opções e tudo muito bem servido.

Cons:

O único ponto que poderia melhorar é o Wi-Fi no quarto. Precisei trabalhar pelo notebook e o sinal era muito ruim. Já na área do café da manhã e no restaurante, a internet funcionava muito bem.

Pros:

Hotel bem estruturado em meio a um bosque, quartos confortáveis e café da manhã muito bom. Bem próximo de Canela e a uma certa distância de Gramado necessitando estar de carro ou usar uber/taxi para as locomoções.

Cons:

Só na deu para entender a cobrança do estacionamento apesar do valor não ser alto.

Mas tenho uma reclamação está vez fiquei no quarto 114 achei muito barulhento
O barulho da recepção parecia estar dentro do quarto (principalmente no sábado) mas só isso que incomodou um pouco .

Volveria sin dudas!!!
Pros:

La atencion del personal, el desayuno, la comodidad de las instalaciones y la limopeza. Viaje en familia, 3 adultos y 1 niño, compartimos una habitacion. Super comodos.

Cons:

El agua de la picina es calentita, le faltaria un poquito mas de calefaccion al area cerrada en que esta.

De tudo , maravilhoso ótimo ambiente café da manhã espetacular,limpeza ótima e quarto aconchegante!!!!

Cons:

Só achei que deveria ter estacionamento,numerado e vaga por cliente ,e na entrada recepção alguém que poderia ajudar a pegar as malas !!e na entrada poderia ter uma porta automática!!!!!
