Gostei dos funcionários e da boa vontade em resolver nossa situação com reorganização dos quartos.

Cons:

Nao gostamos do hotel não ter aquecedor a gás. Utilizávamos apenas o ar condicionado, porem ele nao possui potência suficiente para as temperaturas que surgem em Julho.
Mas pedimos uma mudança de quarto por conta do frio e eles não colocaram dificuldade e com a mudança houve a melhora com o aquecimento do ar.

Gostamos muito, só queríamos mais tranquilidade na hora do descanso.

Da simpatia de todos, cordialidade e educação. Café muito bom, gostamos bastante.

Cons:

Cama não tem boa qualidade e TV sem sinal de canais. Barulho de outros hóspedes em horário indevido, entre 23h e 6h.

Do tratamento dos funcionários, de uma simpatia tremenda, sempre prontos a auxiliar em qualquer coisa.

Cons:

O chuveiro só permitiu um banho quente, tomei ele e mais tarde quando a esposa foi tomar não esquentou mais ficando meio frio.

Quarto sujo, ar consignado nao esquentava, ficamos por 1 hora esperando abrir a porta que estava trancada, banheiro sujo, chuveiro nao esquentava. Horrível
