1) O café da manhã deixa a desejar;
2) Ar condicionado não funciona para o frio, e a TV só tem dois canais;
3) O assédio dos vendedores de cotas dos empreendimentos da Rede Laghetto. Ficam de espreita na recepção, sem uniforme, especialmente no café da manhã, para oferecerem brindes a quem for assistir apresentações dos empreendimentos Laghetto. Extremamente desagradável e inconveniente; aliás, como demais estabelecimentos em Gramado (restaurantes, hotéis, cafeterias…), sempre um abutre querendo arrancar dinheiro de um turista trouxa…
