Pessimo hotel é comprometimento com os hóspedes, não indico quase estragou a minha viajem

Cons:

Espelhos estragados, aluguei um quarto com cama de casal era 2 de solteiro juntas, o vaso sanitário estava solto e cheio de ferrugem tinha cupim nas paredes, cheguei no hotel 40 minutos depois do horário do meu checkin e ele ainda não estava pronto tive que esperar 1 hora depois de uma longa viagem!

Precisei cancelar a reserva e reservar outro local

O hotel tem uma boa localização. Perto do museu de cera e outras atrações. A central de agendamento é eficiente e conseguiu resolver meus problemas.

Cons:

Infelizmente precisei cancelar a reserva chegando ao hotel. Houve um incidente com o quarto que estava alagado quando fomos entrar. Devido o hotel já estar com todos os quartos reservados, precisei estornar o dinheiro e encontrar outro local para ficar, depois de 5 horas de viagem.

Me senti muito mal, lugar com pessima higienização.

Pros:

Somente a recepção e o visual externo

Cons:

Quartos e paredes precária , barulho menino , banheiro sem janela e quartos com janela para o corredor , cama dupla de solteiro não é de casal e não fiquei esperado acabei mudado de hotel
