Excellent building, excellent breakfast
Pros:

The lobby was truly impressive. Huge chandelier. The Khmer detailed wood carvings and furniture really reminds you that you are now in Cambodia. The building architecture is stunning. The included breakfast is probably one of the best in town. The staff was very good

Cons:

The room safe in my room was too small to hold a laptop computer and did not work. I wished they cleaned the tile grout lines more thoroughly in the bathroom walls and floor

Excellent place to visit Angkor Wat
Pros:

The hotel had good facilities, close to Angkor Wat, the staff were very cooperative and willing to help, lots of options for breakfast, good food, and the hotel itself has that majestic old world charm.

Cons:

Nothing major, but would have been good for the hotel to let us know that they changed our rooms.

Quiet and large room
Pros:

I needed quiet and that is exactly what I got.
Room was huge and pool area was lovely.

Cons:

Location - it’s quite a way out of the main tourist area for Siem Reap - which was ok for the one night I stayed there.
Breakfast was rather limited if one didn’t want an Asian-style breakfast

Pros:

great ambience, decor, very clean, peaceful

Cons:

A bit quiet and deserted in terms of number of people at the property which was a bit daunting. The breakfast was not that great. The cereals given in first morning was stale.

Pros:

The hotel was good, it was just very quiet and somewhat eerie with a lack of guests! Staff were very helpful setting up transport for me, Airport pick up / drop offs. I ate once in the restaurant which was nice and briefly at breakfast before leaving!
