Bardzo duże pokoje. Czysto i wygodnie
The hotel's location is pretty good, right on top of Kitahama station on the Sakaisuji line. It's also within walking distance of the Midosuji line down from Umeda and Shin-Osaka. We liked the clean and reasonably-sized room. The Japanese breakfast was fantastic. Many eateries in the neighbourhood.
The Western breakfast left much to be desired. The scrambled egg was cold, there was no bacon, and the coffee machine was broken down without any alternative.

朝食がおいしかった
1. Accessibility to the MRT station
- Kitahama Station is located right beside the hotel, with sheltered access and a lift, making it extremely convenient, especially on rainy days and when travelling with large luggage.
- Yodoyabashi Station is also just a short walk away. The plus point is that this station is connected to Kitahama Station via the underground passage. Although the underground route takes slightly longer, it's much more comfortable as you won't get wet from the rain or drenched in sweat from the heat. The smooth flooring also makes it easier to roll your luggage compared to the pavement outside.
2. Staff
All the hotel staff were very friendly, welcoming and always happy to assist, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
3. Amenities & Facilities
- Complimentary amenities such as coffee and tea are available in the lobby.
- The hotel also has three machines (washing+drying) with reasonable prices. Our clothes were still slightly damp after drying but we ued the hair dryer afterwards to completely dry it.
The room could have been a little more spacious. As we were travelling as a group of three with three large suitcases, it felt quite cramped once all our luggage was open. There wasn't much room to move around or to sit down and have a meal comfortably.
That said, we understand that hotel rooms in Japan are generally on the smaller side, so the room size was actually quite reasonable. Overall, this was only a minor inconvenience and we still enjoyed our stay! :)

The hotel is fantastic and of course we understood that western food selection may not always be available, but adding a few more items in that category would be the only suggestion
