I loved the people very friendly and always accommodating.

Cons:

This can go either way. They do host parties on the grounds , ex weddings birthdays etc. I love the vibe there’s music and fireworks and the music will go till 1 AM . It may depend where your room is situated . I d it don’t mind it because we would get back late so it wasn’t a problem for us .

Frequentiamo questa struttura da decenni anni e, purtroppo, abbiamo assistito a un progressivo peggioramento. I prezzi sono aumentati, mentre l’attenzione verso gli ospiti è diminuita.
Alcuni esempi. L’aria condizionata è eccessivamente forte in tutta la struttura. I prezzi del bar esterno sono poco trasparenti e alcune pietanze sono decisamente troppo care (una semplice insalata caprese con un singolo pomodoro e una mozzarellina a 13 euro, oppure due fettine di zucchina grigliata con due fettine di crudo a 19 euro).
Il personale delle pulizie è risultato a tratti rumoroso e invadente.
Non abbiamo compreso il divieto di portare il nostro cagnolino, mentre in piscina era presente un bassotto appartenente ad altri ospiti..
Non apprezziamo la tessera extra obbligatoria di 7 euro al giorno a persona per usufruire di piscina e lido e il fatto che l’acqua ai pasti, indicata come inclusa su Booking, non sia stata fornita.
Infine c’è da considerare i rumori provenienti dalla presenza di un’officina auto confinante.
In generale un vero peccato!

Hôtel qui ne met pas en valeur ses étoiles
Pros:

L’accès à la plage privée et le parking gratuit.
Le restaurant propose de bons plats.
La piscine est grande et propre.

Cons:

L’hôtel ne propose pas d’activité en journée et en soirée.
Les équipements dans la salle de bain sont minimes.
L’hôtel est bruyant car il organise des réceptions privés comme des mariages.
Le petit déjeuner est simple et n est pas varié.

Pros:

The staff was excelkent, especially the beach and children's staff. They were very friendly and helped us have a fun experiences. The beach is incredible.

Cons:

The hotel site is extremely loud and made sleeping very difficult. All the nights had loud music that went very very late. Had we known the extent of this, we would not have stayed here.
