Super nettes Personal. Wir konnten früher einchecken, was mit einem Baby und Jetlag wirklich sehr gelegen kam. Gutes Frühstück, wenn auch wenig abwechslungsreich. Die Lage des Apartments ist gut, man kann zu Fuß zum Marina Square oder zur MRT Bugis laufen. Das Apartment war groß und geräumig. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet.

Excellent Location, All tourist places and restaurants are very close by.
Miss Angela from reception was very welcoming and made sure our check in was very smooth.

I had a lovely staycation at Pan Pacific Serviced Suites ! The room was spotless and the facilities were just right as well for my stay. I was also graciously served by Angela, who helped me get an early check in and late check out :) I would recommend anyone consider a stay here.

The hotel was fully equipped with all our necessities, and we had an amazing time during our 4 day stay. The hotel's amenities were maintained very well, and was not too crowded at any time. The staff were also very friendly! From our check-in and throughout our entire visit, the staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast foods were absolutely delicious, with a little switch-up in the menu everyday. Chef Amir in particular, was very bubbly and cheerful. He'd greet us and have light conversations with us. All in all, we had a great time. Would definitely come back again!

Amazing hotel staff always friendly and kind, would recommend it and would come again, Also Chef Amir was friendly and always smiling at people love the vibes from Chef Amir and the food was sooooo amazing. The rooms has a great view facing Masjid Sultan and Haji Lane. The room was clean and cozy, i had a really good time here 100/100

The place is very clean with a nice location, right in front of Haji Lane. Definitely worth it! Shoutout to Adni! Super friendly and accommodating:)) We will stay here again when we come back!

Tolle Appartments, genau richtig für unsere Zwecks als kleine Familie mit einem Kind.
Der Pool auf dem Dach. Da geht nicht mehr. Einfach toll zusammen mit diesem Blick. Kleines feines Gym!
Das Frühstück: alles da, was man braucht. Und mehr. Ein sehr sehr freundlicher Service/Koch beim Frühstück.
Die Lage ist zentral, aber nicht mittendrin und das fanden wir ideal. Genau am arabischen Viertel zur eine Seite. Wohn- und Business und andere Hotels ringsherum. Die Metro ist 5 min Fußweg entfernt.

The pool and room quality were outstanding, making my stay very comfortable and Enjoyable.

The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, thanks to Angela and Rakin, who greeted me with warm and genuine smiles. Their hospitality made a great first impression.

The hotel's location is also excellent, conveniently situated close to many sights and attractions, which made getting around very easy.

A special shoutout to Mr. Anantha from Housekeeping for his attentiveness is replenishing everything i needed during my stay.

Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would definitely return again.

Clean, good location

I had a truly wonderful stay at Pan Pacific Serviced Suites. From the moment I arrived, I felt very comfortable and well taken care of. The entire experience was absolutely worth it, and I’m so happy I chose to celebrate Eid al-Fitr here with my family—it made the occasion even more special and memorable.

The reception staff were consistently accommodating, friendly, and highly professional. Every request I made was handled promptly and efficiently, which I really appreciated. The housekeeping team also deserves recognition—they were warm, approachable, and did an excellent job maintaining the room.

Overall, the service and comfort exceeded my expectations. I will definitely choose Pan Pacific Serviced Suites again for future stays. Highly recommended!
