Ottimo punto di partenza per visitare New York
Pros:

Posizione molto centrale per raggiungere Wall Street e il ponte di Brooklyn, persino a piedi.
Buona colazione a buffet e buona accoglienza da parte di tutto lo staff.

Cons:

L'albergo rimane molto vicino al ponte in metallo della metropolitana. Ogni tanto si sente il rumore del treno.
Per un paio di mattine gli yogurt non erano presenti a colazione

Расположение отеля и базовые удобства были в целом приемлемы. Проживание могло быть комфортным, но проблемы с состоянием номера, медленная реакция персонала и необоснованное списание средств существенно ухудшили впечатление.
The hotel location and basic facilities were generally acceptable. The stay could have been comfortable, but room condition issues, slow service response, and an unexplained extra charge significantly affected my experience.

Cons:

Во время проживания в номере постоянно запотевал и протекал кондиционер, из‑за чего часть ковра на полу была мокрой и неудобной для ходьбы (фото прилагаю). После первого обращения на ресепшн в течение нескольких дней никакой реакции не было. Только после второго обращения нас переселили в другой номер, где окно было грязным и с высохшими следами помётом птиц (видно на фото).
Кроме того, при оформлении второго бронирования с моей дебетовой карты было списано USD 150, которые объяснили как депозит/блокировку, но эта сумма не была возвращена на текущий момент. Итоговый счёт (folio) не показывает дополнительных расходов, которые могли бы это обосновать.
During the stay, water was leaking/condensing from the air conditioner, causing a large area of the carpet to be wet and uncomfortable to walk on (see attached photos). After the first request at the front desk, there was no action for several days. Only after a second request were we moved to another room, where the window was very dirty with bird droppings (visible in photos).
Additionally, when checking in for the second reservation, my debit card was charged USD 150, which was explained as a deposit/hold, but this amount has not been returned to my account so far. The final folio does not show any additional charges that justify this amount.

Great hotel in Chinatown at a decent price. I’d stay here again
Pros:

Our hotel was clean, comfortable and conveniently close to train stations and lots of good food.

Cons:

Hot water ran out a few times. Had to wait longer for our hotel room past the 3 pm check in time as well.

Albergo confortevole
Pros:
