Cobblestone Inn & Suites - Holyoke

Staff was super, we loved that there was a small bar and they offered food right there as well as other drinks and snacks. Location for our family was great, I appreciated the option for a room that can accommodate 6 people instead of just 4.

Overall a good stay. Polite and accommodating team. I would recommend adding an ADA compliant auto door for the main entrance. I witnessed many people struggling with the door coming and going. My second recommendation is the pillows, they are hard and very uncomfortable.

Good price, clean and comfortable beds. I always look for Cobblestone Inns.

I love this place and the employees are all wonderful. However, this hotel has the absolute worst breakfast. When they run out of food, they don't cook more. Due to my work schedule, I am always coming to the dining room about 30 minutes before the end of breakfast. By this time, they have run out of sausage, eggs, and even waffle mix. They don't add to it, so I usually go without breakfast. I have given up on even trying to catch breakfast and usually just buy breakfast from the local grocery store. If there is sausage, it is burnt and hard as a rock. One day they even put out bacon that wasn't hardly cooked at all. And today, they closed the doors to breakfast 15 minutes before they were supposed to. I spend a lot of time at this hotel, and I can honestly say that, without a doubt, they have the worst breakfast of any hotel I have ever stayed at... ever. But the employees are fantastic!

The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. The room was clean and the bed was comfy.

The patio in back is comfortable and it features a gas fire pit. It’s quite nice.

My only “complaint” was too close to the toilet and bathtub/shower. I’d say that’s a problem with the builder, not the hotel.

Location was great, not far from my bike route. There was a restaurant close by and a Dollar Tree right next door. Breakfast was good. Had to let the manager know the hot water was not hot. He then microwaved my oatmeal so it was good to eat. Bananas were just right. The room was clean.

Nice facility! Clean, helpful staff, all the basic amenities, nice outdoor patio area. Good breakfast. Near a beautiful park. Safe parking. Having no elevator was a minor inconvenience.

Comfortable and clean rooms at a reasonable price. Amenities were nice. Staff was helpful and friendly. Continental breakfast could use some work. I would stay here again.

The room is very pleasant with a small fridge and a microwave. The bed is comfortable and the room thermostat is very responsive. Breakfast is minimal but has just what I need.

We stayed at Holyoke, CO the rooms were clean, staff very nice, and breakfast was really good!
