Important information:

The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. Please note that the rooms on 7th and 8th floor might experience some noise disturbances due to the music played in the roof top bar. Children under 14 years of age use the services of Sense Wellness only during below hours and if accompanied by a supervising adult and only during the specified hours. Available Hours for children under the age of 14 are Monday - Sunday – 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM. Children under 14 years are allowed to use the swimming pool, hot and cold tubs. Children under 14 years are not allowed to use other spa facilities. The use is entirely at the responsibility and risk of the accompanying adult and Sense Wellness cannot be held liable for any injuries/endangerment of the child’s health and safety. For children under 2 years of age, wearing a diaper is mandatory when visiting. Prior reservation is required to secure a table at the Rooftop Bar.
Deposit of 50 EUR per guest per day for eventual extras will be requested at check-in.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The fact that Sense hotel doesn't have a say or can do anything about the restaurants and entertainment that is outsourced. Besides the rooftop restaurant managed and operated by Stefan and the Hostesses and staff of the rooftop bar ... The ground floor supposed Jiru restaurant of Chef Gordon Ramsay, staff has the same attitude of Gordon Ramsay..

I have always stayed at the Sense Hotel Sofia for the last 10 years at least .. always has been an amazing place to stay.. I love the staff.. But this disconnect of not managing and operating everything themselves is Not Working..

Having said all this .. in my defense.. Jiru staff needs to be trained in dealing with all kinds of customers.. Gordon Ramsay need to take this in notice .. the distaste from their behavior.. on Valentines Night of all the times .. a 7.30pm reservation means 7.30pm... and if the guest arrives at 7pm then what does that mean you should do .. ? Especially when you are a part of Sense Hotel.. so in addition being a Hotel guest .. and booking.com guest ..

Jiru staff is horrible .. the worst I have seen .. convicts dressed like staff trying to pull of a heist .. forget that .. my money can be sent elsewhere.. given that your amazing tasting food even has a value .. your service made the food taste disgusting..

מלון ברמה גבוהה, ללא בריכה פעילה

מלון ברמה גבוהה, חדרים גדולים מאד מעוצבים יפה, מגבות גדולות ועבות, גם חלוקי רחצה. חדר האוכל בקומה 9 עם נוף מקסים לעיר המושלגת. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה טובה.

Cons:

בחרנו במלון הזה בעיקר בגלל שיש לו בריכה מחוממת. התכתבתי עם המלון מראש כדי לוודא שהבריכה פתוחה ומה טמפרטורת המים. אך שהגענו למלון נאמר לנו שהבריכה סגורה כי צריך להזמין מראש שעה והכל תפוס עד אפריל.
