Pros:

Очень удобное размещение - центр. Добраться до отеля было легко. В номере чисто и уютно. Кровать удобная, после дороги спать в ней было одно удовольствие. Завтраки хорошие.

Cons:

Из минусов - нет собственной парковки, пришлось ехать в соседнее здание, искать эту парковку и платить деньги за нее отелю. Также в номере отсутствуют халаты - неприятный момент

Не рекомендую, бо замість відпочинку ви будете займатись вирішенням проблем з номером і приймати майстра кожного дня

А ще були непогані сніданки

З самого початку все було погано. По-перше не працював ключ-карта. Я попросила її замагнітити, але нічого не змінилось. Ввечері нам адміністратор намагалась відкрити двері звичайним ключем, ледь це зробила. Усе що нам запропонували - це «зранку прийде майстер і все полагодить». Чому я маю чекати майстра? Залишати свої речі коли хтось буде тут щось лагодити? По-друге гаряча вода - її просто не було. Адміністратор знову відправила нам майстра, який щось там поправив. Але ввечері води гарячої не було абсолютно. У березні приймати холодний душ взагалі не сподобалось. З двох днів перебування ми два дні займались ремонтом номеру. Ніякої компенсації чи заміни номеру ніхто не запропонував

Потрясающе расположение. Чистый номер. Хороший завтрак.

Cons:

Заявленно было , что мини бар (безалкогольное напитки входят в стоимость), а через час после выселения - нам на Вайбер отправили сообщение - чтобы мы перечислили на карту физлица 150 гривен. Под предлогом, что было выпита 1 баночка колы и бутылка минеральной воды. Кроме того, на рецепции с нами говорили только на украинском языке- не желая отвечать нам ни по русски, ни по английски (((.
