Extremely bad
Pros:

the only good thing about the property was not bad location

Cons:

The staff was extremely rude. I have traveled to 45 countries and have never experienced worse service at a reception desk.

In particular, the lady named “Daisy” behaved very unprofessionally. After a long journey, I arrived at the hotel and she attempted to charge me $20 more per night than the rate stated in my Booking.com confirmation. She said she needed to check it, but while I waited in the lobby for 30 minutes — exhausted from traveling — she was chatting with her colleagues. After I showed her multiple confirmations and insisted on the correct rate, she finally admitted I was right and charged me the proper amount.

I also asked if I could use the stairs instead of the elevator because I am claustrophobic. She told me it was not possible and showed no concern. However, when I asked another staff member, they assisted me without any issue, and it turned out that using the stairs was indeed possible.

The room itself was old and poorly maintained. There was mold all over the AC vent and in the bathroom. The smell in both the room and the corridor was unpleasant.

I would never return to this hotel.

Gentillesse du personnel
Pros:

L’attention du personnel. J’ai un souci de santé soudain qui m’a empêché de marcher et tout le personnel a été très attentionné et aimable. Les vigiles, le personnel en changer de l’accueil, du café, du ménage, tous m’ont porté un soutien pendant ces jours compliqués.

Cons:

Les installations commencent à devenir un peu vétustes, la proximité à la mer n’aide pas mais le prix reste très raisonnable.

A estadia foi boa.
Pros:

Café da manhã excelente, inclusive quero deixar meus agradecimentos a equipe do restaurante. São profissionais comprometidos com o trabalho, são atenciosos e educados. A equipe da limpeza, em especial aos que realizaram o trabalho do 6º Andar, estão de parabéns pela dedicação e pela qualidade do serviço realizado. A equipe de suporte também demonstrou profissionalismo elevado quando foi solicitado para solucionar problema de acesso a internet.

Cons:

A equipe da recepção do Hotel infelizmente não correspondeu as expectativas. Eles não são atenciosos, não se empenham em transmitir informações básicas aos hospedes. Sei que o Hotel está em processo de reforma, porém o corredor coberto com carpete é anti-higiênico, acumula pó e mofo, é preciso que a empresa faça a remoção urgente nos demais pisos aonde possui esse tipo de material.
