Experiencia deficiente en recepción y gestión de beneficios IHG One Rewards

Es un hotel normal , pero nada que destacar

Cons:

Mi estancia se vio empañada por la deficiente atención del personal de recepción durante el check-out el viernes 20 de marzo a la 1:50 pm. A pesar de haber solicitado desde el momento de la reserva que la factura se emitiera a nombre de mi empresa, el requerimiento fue ignorado. Al intentar solucionar esto, el trato recibido por los dos encargados fue descortés y poco profesional.
Adicionalmente, no se acreditaron los puntos correspondientes a mis dos noches de estancia. Se me informó erróneamente que las reservas a través de canales externos no sumaban puntos, lo cual contradice mi experiencia recurrente en otros hoteles de la cadena IHG en Colombia. Solicito una revisión de este caso y la correcta acreditación de mis beneficios como miembro.

Buena ubicacion, limpio y comodo.
Pros:

La ubicacion es excelente y la limpieza. Realmente esta impecable. El desayuno tambien es muy bueno y se valora mucho al igual que la disponibilidad permanente de agua fresca.

Cons:

Las instalaciones estan algo antiguas y desgastadas.

Camera grande e ascensori veloci e sempre disponibili. Personale molto cortese e disponibile. Abbiamo lasciato le valige in deposito 2 giorni senza costi aggiuntivi.
