The room service is bad
Clean and somewhat attractive location, however, staff is not that great. Ssssllloow !!!
And remember to use bug spray on your legs when you get there… especially if you go for a walk on the beach or on lawn
I like the swing in room.
The staff are wonderful. Rooms clean and unique with hammocks on the "porch". Wonderful pools! We loved our stay.

Great beach resort at Playa Panama
In summary this hotel is not a $700 per night resort. The condition, cleanliness, amenities, gym, rooms were just very average. Would not return or recommend. Had so many issues with room keys working. Every day we had to go and get new keys. Also, there is nothing for entertainment or actives after 6:30pm.
The property itself is great - lots of choices for restaurants, pools, beach. However we found the service to be inconsistent.
This hotel is full of mold everywhere. Bathroom shower and sink is full of mold and very dirty
Great location at Nosara Beach with great food, staff is great and very comfortable room.
Beautiful resort, food was amazing, people were friendly & eager to please, everyone spoke English. My only complaint is they charge Manhattan prices , which you don’t expect when visiting Costa Rica
This was a top tier stay, we loved it here, and it was a very high quality resort. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxury stay near the Papagayo Pensinsula.

This was a wonderful property, very clean and modern. The best part was the staff: Javier is the most helpful and beautiful soul I have ever met (reception), Jesus and Camila at the reception are very kind and helpful. Rodrigo at the aquatic is awesome and took great care of us. He arranged a boat for us to go island hoping which was the most incredible experience (Daniel and Pablo were the guides on the boat and were incredible). The whole experience at this hotel is a paradise dream.
