Urban Suites Istanbul

Its a great location run by a very nice team, in a cool neighbourhood in Beyoglu. They were prompt at responding and check in was easy. Bed was comfortable.

The view was beautiful and they were kind. But the hotel is old and was not clean enough. Because of the kindness i gave 3.

the property is conveniently located near lots of local restaurants and bar. also near Taksim square area. room was comfy. the property not entirely how it looks pictured online. nice staff.

I booked the superior soon with partial sea view on the second floor. I arrived at 11 PM and I wanted to take a shower, but the shower had mold around the floor around the drain. I contacted the reception. He told me that mold happens and the shower needs to be dismantled to get rid of the mold and it will just come back. When I asked if I am supposed to use the moldy shower, he sent someone to clean it with bleach. The shower hose is broken. Little water comes out. The drain is clogged so water runs on the floor and floods bathroom. The overhead shower head is so high up the water goes over the shower walls onto the floor. The place is not clean. The walls are dirty There was dirt all along the molding at the bottom of the walls. No window in bedroom. Too bad because this could be a nice place if the shower was fixed and it was given a good deep cleaning. I would not stay here again, and I would not recommend this to anyone else.

This was my third stay-great for a short stay. Central location, clean place and nice customer service.
I’ll definetly come back again.

Amazing experience. Such a great team and staff. Loved the room and the location is perfect. Highly recommend for international travelers wanting a great stay in the artist district with so many food options and easy access to the entire city. I’m so thankful I stayed here and will always be back at Urban Suites when I’m in Istanbul.

Beautiful view. Very comfortable apartment with a full kitchen and clothes washer and dryer. We really enjoyed our stay.

Urban suite istanbul est un logement avec vue sur mer, agréable, non loin de la place Taksim. Mais côté hygiène le joint du carrelage autour de la baignoire est absolument à changer et il y a des soucis d'humidité sur le plafond de la piece à vivre et sur le mur. À part ces 3 points, l'appartement est superbe, bien placé et les hôtes sont agréables.

Otelin ön kısmına bakan, giriş katta 18 metrekarelik standart odad konakladık. Oda küçük lakin beklentiniz de ona göre olmalı. Güvenli bir mekan, herhangi bir problem yaşamadık. Sokağın gürültüsünü hissediyorsunuz özellikle geceleri. Pencerelerin ve hatta kapının yenilenmesi gerekiyor. Oda temizliği fena değil. Konum olarak tepede, yürüyerek ulaşım sağlamaya çalışanlara önermem çünkü çok dik yokuşlar çıkmak zorunda kalırsınız. Sokakta ücretsiz araç park yeri biraz sıkıntılı çünkü Cihangir sokakları dar. Otelin karşısında ücretli kapalı otopark bulunuyor. Fakat çok büyük problem yaşamadık. Görevliler ilgili.

Standard room is awful, poor quality. Bathroom is dirty and has a lot of mould around the shower. Coffee cup marks on table. Would not recommend
