Lovely location with room for improvement
Pros:

The property is lovely, great location a few km from St Paul de Vance. Peaceful and relaxing

External therapist and Pilates instructor were nice

Cons:

Despite being in a beautiful setting, the stay felt more like a bed & breakfast experience with limited to no services. We had the impression more attention was given to the external guests than the hotel guests. The pool is also open to external guests which means it gets overcrowded and the experience no longer feels exclusive for those that pay €700+/night.

A few things did not work for us, which were addressed when raised to the property owner; Caroline has been extremely understanding and kind when raising our points (I suggest you raise directly to the owners as opposed to the general staff).

- Staff is quite inattentive and inexperienced (no attention to allergies at restaurant / little assistance when issues were raised to the receptionist)
- No pool service, if you want food, you need to go to the restaurant. Even getting a drink is a mission
- Breakfast is not included if you book via Booking, and, in any case, choice/portions are pretty limited
- Massage is done by one of the pools and might be noisy

There is no gym / spa, although you can book private massages and Pilates sessions at an extra cost. For the price you pay, would be a nice touch to organize a few complimentary workout sessions for the hotel guests twice a week or so.

I think there is plenty of room for improvement for the price you pay, and I hope they will take the opportunity to review the feedback and improve the overall service for the future.

Relaxing and quiet. Not value for money

Very peaceful and quiet and relaxing.

Cons:

I don’t think it’s value for money. In terms of quality, staff service - which we found to be pretty bad. The receptionist was rather rude from the start, and in general for the money you pay for this hotel, it doesn’t justify it.

Tolles Ambiente, nicht jedes Zimmer ist meiner Meinung nach für einen längeren Aufenthalt passen würde

traumhaft schönes Ensemble der gesamten Anlage mit schönen duftenden Pflanzen. herrlich anzusehen und auch sehr ruhig

Cons:

das Zimmer, das wir hatten hat leider nach Keller gerochen (also feucht gerochen). die Toilettenspülung von oben und ebenso das Gehen der Gäste oberhalb war sehr deutlich zu hören. Auch war es sehr klein und das Bad hatte kein Fenster. Im Restaurant hat während des Essens nebenan ein Herr eine Zigarre geraucht, daher war ein genussvolles Abendessen nicht möglich, obwohl die Qualität der Speisen sehr gut war. auch wenn in Frankreich das Rauchen in Gastgärten erlaubt ist, so wäre es doch hilfreich, wenn das Hotel/Restaurant bis nach dem Essen für alle verbannen könnte. (ab 22.00 Uhr wird es keinen mehr so stören und man könnte den Duft des Essens riechen)

Pros:

Das Toile Blanche hat unsere Erwartungen in jeder Hinsicht übertroffen. Die gesamte Anlage ist wunderschön, unglaublich stilvoll eingerichtet und bis ins kleinste Detail gepflegt. Die ruhige Atmosphäre macht den Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Das gesamte Team war außergewöhnlich herzlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit – man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Auch das Essen war hervorragend und hat unseren Aufenthalt perfekt abgerundet. Ein Ort, an dem einfach alles stimmt.

Cons:

Es gab für uns nichts zu beanstanden. Wir hätten unseren Aufenthalt am liebsten verlängert.

החדרים נקיים וממוזגים!

Cons:

יש לציין שנפלנו על מזג האוויר חם..אין מזגן בקבלה!
ארוחת הבוקר בסיסית והשאר בתשלום נוסף, לקח המון זמן לקבל את הקפה ואת ארוחת הבוקר.
במסעדת טפסים ישבנו שעות עד שהגיעו המנות וגם התבלבלו במנות שלנו.
