Ni me dieron factura y a mí se me olvido pedirla. Las macetas con buganvilias son hermosas pero mal ubicadas a la orilla del pasillo donde están las mesas en el restaurante así con un 100% de probabilidad que las mueva uno accidentalmente y se caigan, le paso a mi hijo y vamos con el pago de 100.00. No son los 100.00 es lo malo ubicadas de las hermosas macetas. El tablero del sanitario de la habitación 209 estaba flojo así que ensamble el aro a la tapadera, los tomacorrientes dañados y solo dos tomacorrientes 😒. Es un hotel lindo y familiar pero que por lo mismo ameritaba mas supervisión para mejorar el servicio. No hay quien vigile el área de la piscina y los niños se meten a la piscina con calzoncillo y calcetines mojando a las personas que pasan y haciendo piruetas en la piscina como que estuvieran sólo ellos en la piscina (los niños entre 9 y 12 años sin supervisión de un adulto familiar).
El lugar muy bonito, amplio y limpio.
Había muchos zancudos en la habitación y el desayuno es muy básico.
