horrible experience and derelict hotel. should receive a refund from the $203./niight royal suite.

the "Royal Suite" was terrible. the in room "jacuzzi", the reason we booked the room had a broken faucet and no hot water. the room was incrediby dark with windows opening to a wall. no meat at breakfast. run down facility. outdoor hot tub was empty and derelict. Room was incredibtly noisy from upstairs. someone throwing up in night, stomping, noise, etc.

realmente no volvería

muy bonitas las instalaciones y los jardines super lindos ahi doy un 10 anqué hay muchas cosas que mejorar en cuanto a lo interno.

Cons:

1. nos encargaron cuidar las toallas ya que por perdida o por arruinarlas nos cobrarían Q100.00 pero las tollas que dieron estaban super viejas desgastadas y muy mal aspecto.
2. Nos ofrecieron desayuno incluido, pero muy escaso lo que te ofrecen, te quedas como que hay lago mas ¿? considero que es mejor salir a comer a otro restaurante porque no te ofrece algo esquisto el restaurante demasiado básico y escaso.
3. En la habitación donde nos quedamos se entraba el aire por las ventanas y por tener el techo muy alto mas la amplitud, la temperatura era demasiado fría.
4. La habitación era muy grande y la tv era demasiado pequeña para la gran pared de la habitación y la distancia con la camas eso si dio risa jajajjaja una televisioncita en una habitación tan grande mejor ni poner.

El hotel tiene una buena ubicación, buenas instalaciones.

Cons:

Hubo mucho ruido en el hotel, pasaban pasajeros por fuera de la pieza a toda hora de la noche y nos despertaban. El desayuno bueno, pero muy poca variedad, solo huevos y tres frutas todos los dias aburre. Hubiera preferido un desayuno con mas alternativas, no habia jamon ni queso y solo un pan frío.
