Friendly staff the grounds are beautiful!

Cons:

The water pressure in the shower head could be better! Also, informing guest that prior to leaving there will be an inspection of the room would be beneficial!

No me gustó para NADA la experiencia. Calidad - Precio muy mala. No volvería nunca más.

La habitación estaba muy descuidada, las sobre fundas estaban ásperas, la ducha PÉSIMA, el chorro de muy mala calidad. El desayuno era muy poco y escatimado.

+Buena ubicación
+Personas de Consejería y noche, en extremo amables.
+Pieza y baño amplios, con una ambientación colonial (nos pareció que faltaba algo de iluminación).
+Jardines y entornos dentro del hotel, eran muy lindos y acogedores.
+ Buena limpieza y mantención general.

Cons:

Lo mejorable:
- Nos dieron una habitación que tenía mucho olor a humedad. Era desagradable. Después de hacerlo presente, nos facilitaron un deshumidificador, que atenuó bastante el problema.
- La aislación en términos de acústica con lo que pasaba en exterior, no era mucha.
- El desayuno NO era bueno, ni variado (p.e. al pedir simple mantequilla, nos dijeron que debía ser cobrada). Debimos salir bastante temprano, para trasladarnos de ciudad, y no existía el servicio de facilitar fruta, o algo, y un jugo, en su reemplazo (desayuno se servía desde 07:30). Por indicación de la dueña y a regañadientes de quienes atendían desayuno, nos dieron algo app. a las 07:00.
- El cobro de la tarifa se hizo en Quetzales (nos dijeron que no podían hacerlo en moneda dolar), lo que hizo que estadía resultara más cara de lo comprometido. En una segunda estadía en Antigua (mismo viaje, pero otro hotel), ahí SI nos hicieron cobro en dólares.

Great stay
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay, the property is beautiful!! The room was great and super comfortable plus the staff was so friendly and there was a great breakfast. It’s a little further from the main streets in Antigua, but still walkable distance.
