Pros:

Facilities are comfortable, staff very kind and helpful. The place is beautiful, with a lot of green areas, and a fresh, peaceful environment.

Cons:

The service in the restaurant is limited and amenities such as the jacuzzi, sauna and playground were not working. They turned on the pool until they saw we were going to use it.

Mal estado de sillas de piscina. No cuentan con secadora de pelo ni plancha, lo cual es básico en un hotel de este precio. Lo peor fue el desayuno. Fuimos 4 personas , a ninguno nos gustó el huevo sin sabor, frijoles parados ( sabor terrible) . El jugo tenía sabor a fruta descompuesta. Por mucho que venga incluido era sabor terrible. Y ni siquiera tienen opción a la carta. El desayuno no es bufé pero el café uno tiene que ir a tomarlo de una cafetera , terrible.

The staff was amazing and the hotel itself is a beautiful Colonial style with beautiful gardens.
And they have convient free breakfast. American
Pancakes and eggs with fruit and fresh juice and coffee and a tipic breakfast, eggs , beans , sweat plantains,cheese and bread with fruits ,juice and coffee.

Cons:

It will be better if they have a mini fridge in the room and Iron and AC.

El mal servicio y mala atención al cliente, solicite ayuda para bajar unas cosas pesadas de equipaje y me fue denegada, me dijeron que no tenían permitido hacerlo, lo hice solo y me lesioné la espalda, mi estadía en Antigua fue mala porque estuve con dolor todo el tiempo.

Great stay, we loved it, a little more of a walk but not much.

Absolutely gorgeous and serene. Authentic and traditional Latin architecture and feel. Extremely safe. Staff was wonderful.

No A/C on 2nd floor, was a little warm. Beds a bit hard. No smoking area outside.
