Una bella struttura decisamente accogliente con servizi e qualità prezzo molto buoni

Bella struttura situata in una zona industriale vicina a tantissimi negozi e alla strada, quindi comoda per raggiungere i vari posti da visitare.
Buona colazione.
Personale del ristorante e della piscina molto giovane che in alcune occasioni si è mostrato poco professionale.
Nel complesso quindi consiglio questa struttura.

Should have listened to the reviews!! - AVOID this hotel

On the surface it looks like this should be a good hotel. But it was an awful experience. It was hot in July and we wanted air conditioning for the night, the temperature never got below 25.6 degrees Celsius in the room and usually well over 26. They told me that it was too hot out to cool the rooms! (Strike 1 - they lied, their air conditioning just does not work, saw multiple other rooms with windows open or people outside their rooms) Couldn't really open the windows at night either because there are no screens on the windows so the mosquitos would have been bad. Cool off or get stung by mosquitos, not much of a choice.

The second strike is the shower. We are used to small European showers, but this was a whole new level of small. Literally had to open the door to the shower to clean my whole body. And of course it leaked all over the bathroom floor.

Strike three was that the refrigerator would not work. So much for a cool drink. This was less of an issue, but just added up on top of the other 2.

Not that the rest of the room was anything special. Plenty of room, but it actually felt like it was missing furniture. The simple way to describe it is very very basic furniture and accommodations.

So after going to the front desk to ask them to fix the air conditioning and getting the silly lie from them, we decided that it was bad enough and uncomfortable enough that we would NOT stay a second night like we had booked.

Then came the "final nail in the coffin". First they said they could not give us a refund for the 2nd night because we booked through a 3rd party (another lie). Having experienced this before, I said I would contact the 3rd party and have them contact them. I then proceeded to contact them, they then contacted the hotel and asked them if they would give us a refund for the second night. Guess what their answer was? NO!! They never had any intention of granting a refund for the second night that we did not stay. Dishonorable businessmen as well.

I understand that I booked a non-refundable reservation, but with that should come with them providing what they described on their website which they did not (no AC, no refrigerator). So really should have refunded us both nights, but at least the second night.

So be forewarned, they are not nice accommodations and they are NOT nice people!

Struttura nuova, molto oulita e bella

We didn't read the address... middle of an industrial park outside Foligno. HOWEVER - plenty of parking, modern (10 years old), pristinely clean, Reception helpful/spoke Eng. A huge complex with most sports catered for, a well-equipped gym, a water slide, several pools including a large one. We imagined it would be the kind of place Italian families might go on Summer vacation = Self-contained, safe, monitored - 'little people' unlikely to escape and lots to keep them amused. As a base just outside the City it worked well for a 1 night stay enroute to other Umbrian towns.
We chose to eat in their restaurant after a long-ish drive: can only say it excelled any expectation (we retired to Italy many years ago). Food was amazing and worthy of a very high=class restaurant; we were the only 'foreigners' - rest were Italian. Everything was delicious with some unusual/different 'dishes', excellent wine list - Sagrantino region so reds are superb.

Struttura molto bella all’esterno, frutto di ristrutturazione di un casale. La camera che ci è stata data era piccola , con una finestra sola, piccola e alta, mancavano luce e aria…materiali scadenti, pulizia sommaria(trovati capelli e peli vari nel bagno e nel letto), il decoder Sky non funzionava…positiva invece la colazione, di qualità. Mi dispiace ma non ci tornerò sicuramente…

Struttura ordinaria, niente di particolare, alla reception non ci è stato detto se erano presenti dei servizi e se potevamo usufruirne.

Struttura molto bella e pulita, personale cordiale e disponibile. Stanze silenziose e ben arredate. Colazione abbondate e variegata a buffet dolce e salata (ottime le crostate). Assolutamente consigliata nulla da ridire, tornerò sicuramente in periodo estivo per la possibilità di usufruire della piscina all'aperto

Buona posizione, comodo per fare soggiorno e potersi spostare in luoghi da visitare vicini.

What a lovely place to stay!
A very neat and well-designed hotel that overcame our expectations. Extremely nice atmosphere from the very first step into the amenities - friendly and very pleasant receptionist that assisted us a lot, amiable staff, great overall ambient in the hotel - especially the restaurant appeared to be a nice surprise, good place for a relaxed dinner with a delicious cuisine! Breakfast was also very good with a lot of options, all fresh and yum.
The room was clean and cozy, and what was very important for us - quite and peaceful.
We also enjoyed the use of the aquatic park which is a part of the hotel premises. Very well maintained and clean too!
Definitely will be back again probably for an even longer stay!

viaggiare dopo il covid è sicuramente più difficile ma l'hotel era in completa sicurezza. massima gentilezza e professionalità.

meno importante ma un consiglio per migliorare il servizio: una maggiore comodità nei cuscini, e avere un letto matrimoniale invece che 2 twin beds sarebbe stato meglio, benchè fossi sola in camera

Ci siamo fermati due notti: soggiorno piacevole. Struttura nuova e ben curata. Ottima la pulizia. Luogo tranquillo, a soli 10 minuti da Foligno.
