Ótimo atendimento, café da manhã muito bom, quarto e roupas de cama limpos, a sala de jogos e as piscinas poderiam ser melhores porque falta manutenção mais não desabona a experiência, com certeza voltarei.

Hotel com bom custo beneficio, proximo ao centro de canela e proximo a gramado.

Café da manha muito bom, quartos bem limpos e cheirosos, estacionamento muito bom, atendimento na recepção excelente.

Cons:

Acho que o atendimento do pessoal do café podia ser melhor, ter um pouco mais de simpatia e educação.

A única coisa que ficou a desejar que o estacionamento é cobrado..( não gostei).

Esperava uma experiência diferente da realidade!
Pros:

Ambiente limpo e organizado. Café com cardápio amplo e qualidade excepcional.

Cons:

O hotel deixou a desejar no aspecto das camas! Na reserva solicitamos 01 cama de casal e no fim nos entregaram 02 camas de solteiro “encostadas” uma na outra, o que fez a experiência de hospedagem ser péssima. Outro ponto, seria a coberta de casal que daria pra entender que fosse de solteiro.

Os funcionários bem atenciosos

Cons:

Limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar, cama com buraco, café da manhã os sucos estavam quentes, não tinha gelo, não tinha água quente pro chimarrão.
