Competitive pricing. Nice airport hotel. Yucky moat surrounds it though.
Pros:

Located a 7 minute walk to the main train line to both the airport and Amsterdam. Bed was comfortable and the room was very quiet(despite proximity to the airport). Shower great, and nice towels.

Cons:

We were very surprised when the cleaning staff knocked loudly on our door at 8:30! I guess most guests would be gone or I could have put the do not disturb sign on the door, I just don’t think I needed to.

The Front of House Team were welcoming & so helpful & efficient with everything i needed. The room was fabulous & the breakfast team & menu was excellent. Especially a thank you to Natali for all your assistance.

Pros:

I am a frequent visitor to this hotel. Whilst it is a relatively basic Hampton Hilton, what keeps me coming back is the staff!

Cleanliness is on par with any hotel but most importantly any queries, problems or general questions are dealt with an professionalism and warmth. I have to make a special callout to Kenny. He's a amazing and key member of staff and his help, warmth and overall to help anyone no matter how big or small the issue or query is a credit to the Hilton brand. Praise to the staff also when dealing with checking in large groups as always being alert to individual travellers to ensure they don't wait hours to get checked in is also why they will always get a 5 star review from me!

Pros:

We hadden een kamer geboekt met 2 1persoons bedden. Ter plaatse bleek dat dat niet kon ivm overboeking. Dat werd netjes opgelost.
