Fantastic location for airport, welcoming environment and excellent staff!
Pros:

The staff were lovely! The gentleman who helped us check in was pleasant and offered excellent advice for our stay. Natali and Sofia, who helped us check out were exceptional....they were great with our kids also. A good breakfast with very helpful staff.

Pros:

Goeie locatie, loopafstand centrum Hoofddorp. Schoon en net hotel, lekker ontbijt met goeie koffie en zelf je wafels maken!

Clean room and good facilities, and the breakfast was decent.

Cons:

Heating didn’t work. I reported it multiple times at reception, but no immediate solution was offered. I spent the whole night in a cold room (below freezing outside), sleeping fully dressed with multiple blankets. I was moved to another room only the next day. My partial refund request was declined. Unfortunately, I hadn’t read the previous negative reviews describing the same issue. I don’t recommend staying at this hotel.
