Horrible experience and service
Pros:

There was no TV remote. For the final 2 days the AC stopped working. When I asked they refused to put me in another room stating that they were full. They could not tell me when they are going to fix it. After repeated complains, they allotted another room just for the night .I had to check one day early but they charged for full amount even for the last day that I didn't stay due to no AC.

The lady at the counter was very rude while allotting a different room just for a night

Excellent stay, clean, comfortable and convenient location.
Pros:

Clean and comfortable stay. The included breakfast was good. Staff were friendly. Excellent location, a walk to the station and trains into Amsterdam Centraal.
